A careful restore of a Venetian building consented to create a wide, elegant and luminous apartment in the historic heart of Venice, set in a strategic position between Ponte Di Rialto and Piazza San Marco. The apartment has been restored following the Venetian tradition and furnished with refined modern equipment. It can give hospitality up to 6 people and it’s especially fit to group of friends, to families or anyone who wish to spend a relaxing holiday with all the typical comforts of a 4 star hotel with a very interesting price. The apartment has central heating and air conditioning. It’s furnished as follows: a wide and functional kitchen and a sitting room with table for 4 people and two sofas, 2 big double rooms, one bathroom and shower and two balconies. The apartment is provided with a weekly change of laundry and bath linens, heating and air conditioning, TV, fridge and oven; the kitchen is fully equipped.

DIRECTIONS TO REACH THE APARTMENT. From the railway station or from 'Piazzale Roma' you can reach Ca' S.Luca taking the ferry boat ('vaporetto') n. 1 or n. 2 and getting off at RIALTO stop. Turn right and walk along the Canal Grande following South- West direction. Go along Riva del Ferro, go on through Sotoportego Daniele Manin which changes its name into Riva del Carbon; turn left in Calle Loredan or Corner Piscopia until the end of the street at n. 4149. Last door to the left is the entrance to Ca' San Luca.

  • S. Luca 'VERDE' is a wide and bright, elegant apartment which has been restored few months ago, with terrazzo Veneziano on the floor. The result is very typical, cosy yet functional. The house is approx. 75 sqm and can easily accommodate up to 4 people. It's composed by a living / dining room with a table for 4 people, tv and two very comfortable sofas, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen where you can find anything you many need to enjoy your stay, 2 double bedrooms full of light, a bathroom with shower, two balconies. We have independent heating and air conditioning.

Big apartment that easily accommodate family of 4-5 or two couples. Two bedrooms are huge compare with tiny European hotel rooms; you can easily fit an extra bed for a baby in one of the bedrooms. Location is perfect (3-5 min to Realto stop). The property have an air-conditioner (the only small problem - it is a bit noisy when it is on). No lift (elevator). The owner is very helpful with answering questions through emails and helped us make reservations in restaurants.
We will not hesitate to come back,

good apartment

This is a decent apartment with great supporting staffs. Staffs were great and very accommodating. One big problem i faced at this place is Mosquito's and hot water. There was no force in the shower and you have to wait a while before you can get some hot water. Not pleasant when weather is cold. My poor 2 year old daughter had to face the wrath of the mosquito's. She was swollen all over.

Great Apartment!

We were very pleased with this apartment. It was exactly as described on the website--a roomy apartment with a living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a deck. It was up a flight of stairs, which might be an issue for an older traveller, but was not a problem for us. The location was perfect, only steps from the Rialto vaparetto stop and a couple of minutes on foot from St. Mark's Square. There was a small pastry shop/bakery right around the corner, which was great for breakfast. The apartment was in immaculate condition when we arrived. The owner was very helpful in arranging for us to be picked up at the Rialto bridge, even when we were several hours late because of a flight delay. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend.
