Nerja is located on the Costa del Sol, central Southern Spain (the heart of the Mediterranean), within easy access of motorways & airports. The nearest airport is Malaga Airport (about 45 min drive). Nerja is a small coastal town which has retained its traditional Spanish Andalucian character and has a population of 20,000.Nerja is surrounded by mountains, sparkling Mediterranean waters & beautiful sandy beaches. It benefits from one of the best climates in Europe with approximately 320 days of sunshine each year. The summer average daytime temperature is 30ºC whilst the winter average daytime temperature is 20ºC. Many visitors come to the Costa del Sol for the beaches: Nerja is a perfect choice with 1.5 km of sandy beaches set in picturesque coves & bays. The historical old part of Nerja has narrow, winding cobbled streets with whitewashed houses. In amongst these streets you can find traditional tapas bars, restaurants & shops selling local art and craft work.

    * Christmas & New Year rates (Between 18th December 2009 – 3rd January 2010) & Easter rates (between 4th - 18th April 2009) - E 999 per week
    75 Euros for usage of air-conditioning units.
    Long winter lets are available from November to March at a rate of:
    E 1999.00 per month.
    The Villa can be rented starting on any day of the week (subject to availability) to allow you to take advantage of cheaper mid-week flight prices.
  • Arrival & Departure Information:
    Arrival: check into the Villa is from 3:00pm
    Departure: check out of the Villa is by 10:00am (any variation on these times is by prior arrangement only).
    Airport Pick-up: we can arrange to meet you at either Malaga or Granada Airport to transfer you to your Flat.
    Airport transfer charge from Malaga Airport: 60 Euros one way or 110 Euros return.
    Airport transfer charge from Granada Airport: 75 Euros one way or 140 Euros return.
    (max no. passengers: 3 adults + baggage or 2 adults and 2 small children + baggage).

    Alternatively, you can take a taxi (standard one-way airport taxi rate from Malaga Airport is 70-80 Euros during
    weekdays or approx. 90 Euros at weekends & weekdays after 10pm)
    hire a car or take a bus from Malaga/Granada central bus station - bus timetables.
    Transfer Time: by car or taxi is approximately 45 mins from Malaga Airport.
  • Booking Terms & Conditions:
    A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable when booking. Balance of payment is due 2 months prior to arrival.
    Bookings taken 8 weeks before departure date, payment in full is required at time of booking.
    Payment can be made in Sterling or Euros (exchange rate on day of payment) by personal cheque, bank draft, electronic bank transfer or paypal (+3.4 % commission)
    Credit card details are taken on arrival as a deposit to cover any damages during rental period.
    For cancellations made within 8 weeks of arrival date, the guests remain liable for the following charges based upon the total booking cost:
    29-56 days - 70%
    0-28 days - 100%
    Notification of cancellation is required in writing by post or e-mail.
    Guests are responsible for safe return of the flat keys to the Management Agent. Failure to return keys will incur a charge of E 10.00 for replacement.
    Maximum occupancy of the flat must not exceed the number of people stated in the booking
