Perinaldo Farmhouse- 20 minutes sea 30 minutes Fra: The farmhouse is situated on a ridge at the eastern edge of the village of Perinaldo. It has been completely rebuilt and refurbished to provide a spacious, light and comfortable home. The ground floor is an open plan kitchen dining and living room. The well equipped kitchen has a gas cooker and oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and beautiful granite work surfaces. The dining area seats 6 comfortably. The living room has 2 modern couches. 2 person couch and a spacious 3 person couch which can also be used for sleeping accommodation for a small person. Also on this level is a w.c. and washbasin adjacent to kitchen. There is also wifi access to the internet.

A french window leads through the kitchen to the garden, where a patio area offers outside dining and an assortment of garden furniture. Another french window leads out onto the balcony, which runs the length of the house. Overlooking the Alps to the north, a favorite breakfast area. Two staircases lead from thee living kitchen area to the separate bedrooms. From the living room the staircase joins the master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom and w.c. and shower. From the kitchen area the staircase reaches the mezzanine bedroom, with twin beds (can be made into double bed) ensuite bathroom with w.c. plus bathtub and shower. On the lower level of the building is a washroom with washing machine for guests.

The 2 acre property overlooks the Maritime Alps to the North and the Mediterranean sea to the south. Half of the land is fenced in and is ideal for children and pets. The top of the property has a wonderful 360 degree views, there is also a table and chairs here to truly enjoy the view. There is ample parking on the property.
