The eastside of the home has a very private master guest room suite with sitting area, bathroom and completely private secluded sun terrace. The westwing second floor units include a large master bedroom, second bedroom with twin beds, and a third bedroom used as family room with TV, and a new bathroom. The house is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean.
The rental is suitable for two or three couples. Both the East and West wing offer total privacy.
The property is pet free and absolutely non-smoking.

It is the site of the farmers market selling local produce, flowers, along with arts and craft. On Venice Avenue is a free public recreation center with basketball, 6 tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, and children's playground. Venice has an assortment of unusual and charming restaurants and bars.
