Suite Liberty for Single, Couples and Small Families up to 4 People.

The Charming and Cosy Suite Liberty is a single WaterFront Suite furnished in the typical Liberty style. It is located in Liguria (Italian Riviera) in the town of Imperia Porto Maurizio (midway from Alassio and Sanremo) and at less than 50km from the 'Côte d'Azur'. The Suite has a private entrance and it is really a Romantic Nest. It is possible to rent it Weekly in July and August, per Weekend and Weekly in June and September and Monthly in Autumn, Winter and Spring. Ideal for single, couples and small families (2+1, 2+2, 3+1). Upon your arrival your host will greet you with a selection of local products, allowing you to quickly settle in and get a taste of what the Region has to offer. It consists of a large living with Corner Bar, Kitchen, bedroom with bathroom. Totally about 70 sq.m.

You can bike through 'Cycling Riviera' from San Lorenzo al Mare to Sanremo (24 km by the sea).

Liberty Suite is a Charming & Cosy Apartment furnished in the typical Liberty style. The upper town (10 minutes walking) has Medieval and Renaissance houses, a Neoclassic Cathedral, a Baroque Church and a '700 Arcade.

  • PAYMENT POLICY
    A 30% deposit is required to book the Suite by money transfer or PayPal. The remaining 70% is payable when checking in by cash or Credit Card online via PayPal.
    In case of cancellation of the booking the down payment cannot be given back.
    You can get it back in any other occasion if you'll decide to rent our apartments again.

Our Holiday was a very nice trip . The place of the appartement is super & the appartment itself is so beautiful , because it has the typical italian feeling.
The appartement is very clean and the service of the owner is really good .
I would recomend this appartment to our friends !
The restaurants next to the appartement are ok , but the Ice-Cream Shop is , maybe , the best in whole Italia .
So at all , our trip was fantastic !

This apartment is very nice and it is placed in the middle of all you need around: harbour, the sea, food, restaurants, rail station etc. The kitchen is nearly complete with all you need. And Giancarlo is very friendly and helpfully to make your stay so wonderful. You can make trips to Genua, Nizza, San Remo but it is also very nice to take a view to all the little villages in the mountains below, for example Valloria (look at the painted doors and visit the restaurant), Bussana Vecchia, Dolcedo, Baiardo, Apricale, Dolceaqua and many more. Enjoy the slow food and take an italian view on your life. I only have two little critical points to this apartment: the mattress could be changed and we couldn't use the garage because there was a little ramp and this would damage the car. But there are many free parking areas at the new harbour a few minutes away. Otherwise we had a wonderful holiday and I will recommend this apartment to all our friends. I think when we will return, we will go by plane to Nizza and then use a car rental, so this is holiday from the beginning. Many greetings to Giancarlo and his family for making us feel so good in our holiday.

This wonderful apartment, lived up to all the reviews. Giancarlo and his family couldn't have been more hospitable, and the location more perfect. Except for asking for a reading light, we found it well supplied with everything needed for a warm and comfortable vacation. They even sent home my errant slipper that chose to hide under the bed instead of getting in my suitcase. Cheri
