Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-7)

Crowne Pointe Condominiums have a grand, open water view of the lake. The main pool is out on a point and perfect for relaxing while taking in the sights. Crowne Pointe is conveniently located close to Chuck’s and Blue Creek marinas, Chimney Rock, and 10 minutes by boat to Kowalgia.

We are located 30 miles from Auburn; 45 miles from Montgomery; 80 miles from Birmingham and 130 miles from the Atlanta airport.

•Boat slip is included

•Spacious den with comfortable seating, flat screen TV, and DVD player

•Large balcony off den for relaxing and enjoying the lake view

•Kitchen has a great assortment of cookware & bake ware

•Bar height counter with 4 stools; dining table seats 4

•Laundry room with washer & dryer and large pantry

•Master bedroom with landscape window providing perfect view of lake. Large bathroom with separate shower, Jacuzzi tub, double sinks and walk -in closet.

•Second bedroom off of entry with queen bed

•Full size bathroom located across from second bedroom off the den.

•Queen deluxe 2-layer air mattress (20 inches high) w/ automatic air pump provided

• Electric grill

Great Girls Getaway

Gorgeous view and fabulous accomodations for a quick end of the summer girls getaway! We giggled and relaxed at both pools, on the balcony, and on the dock. Niffers' burgers were excellent and the scenic boat ride by pontoon to Uncle Nick's was a bonus. We will definitely be back to Crowne Pointe #105 for more relaxing getaways!

We had such a wonderful time at Crowne Pointe. The condo is beautiful and has such wonderful views of Lake Martin. The kitchen is stocked with everything that you would need to prepare meals. When I did not feel like cooking, we were very close (by boat and car) to restaurants. The owners were very helpful with providing information about local attractions. The whole process was easy and made for a wonderful family vacation.

Condo is very nice and clean. The location and view are excellent. We had a great time and plan to return. The owners are very nice and helpful. It would be hard to find a nicer place for the money than this.

Our stay at Lake Martin was better than ever due to this fabulous condo. The owners had every possible dish, appliance etc...needed to cook, clean and enjoy the lake. Our children ages 12 and 8 enjoyed both pools and we were able to keep our boat close by at the assigned boat slip right in front of the condo. We will definately stay here again.
