A 3 bed town house for all year round rental, self catering and easy location with 2 communal pools and large sun terrace.Sea 3km and Golf 1 km. Ideal summer rental property with all facilities. The property has 3 Double Bedrooms with terraces, the rear bedroom has a large terrace with Toledo for Shade, large lounge with dining area, inc CD, DVD and Sky A separate kitchen inc washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven with grill, 4 ring electric hob and extractor, toaster, kettle,blender, iron and board also electric water boiler. A portable barbecue in the rear terrace and drying area. A ground Floor Toilet and First Floor Bathroom with bath and shower. Grills and shutters at all windows. There is a focal fire in the lounge with oil heaters for additional warmth in the winter months. The front garden has a sun terrace and patio area ideal for outside dining. On Road parking. Fully furnished with linen and towels provided all you need for a self-catering holiday.

The house is located on an established urbanization 3km from the Beach at Torre de la Horadada, 1km from a Golf Course Romarero, 20mins drive from Murcia Airport, 20mins drive to Torrevieja with Water Parks and International Stores. The area of Campoverde where the house is located boasts a local village with bars, restaurants, and supermarkets within walking distance. There is public transport available to the local town of Pilar Horadada close to the beach with bars, restaurants and shopping. Murcia is 40min drive away with its Historic Buildings, Churches and superb shopping. Back on the Coast is Cartagena with its Seaport and La Manga well known for its Golf and beautiful beaches on the strip, the fishing and fish restaurants are second to none. Orihuela is 20mins drive through the beautiful Spanish Hills giving easy access to more inland locations. There are many superb restaurants in the area a recommendation is Rebate and La Rocque located 10mins drive from the house.
