This condo has a patio right off the living area and Master Bedroom equipped with patio furniture over looking the pool.

Conveniently located in the popular area, off Shea Blvd and the 101 freeway with access to all the Valley of the Sun offers. It's about 15 minutes from the the Sky Harbor Airport and has various amenities nearby such as golf, tennis, basketball, swimming pools, bike paths, great hiking trails, and much more. The property has 5 pools heated throughout the year for you to relax and enjoy our beautiful Arizona sunshine.

There are plenty of great restaurants in Scottsdale to dine out but if you prefer to dine in, you will find this condo is suited to pamper yourself, or wine and dine your family and friends. It is outfitted with a full gourmet kitchen with everything you need for daily living. After dinner you can relax and snuggle up on the couch enjoy the big flat Screen TV. (47' LCD, HD TV, Blue Ray Wireless DVD Player in living area) 37' LCD HDTV in Master Bedroom.
