We visited during June 2009.
The apartment was as good if not better than as advertised and meeting our 'greeter' was easy and convenient, as well as punctual. The apartment was very spacious, spotless and all inclusions (dishwasher, washing machine. etc) were in the best condition. Four adults had plenty or room. Service by Zoltan (local guy) was helpful and informative. There are quite a few restaurants ranging from cafe style to 'classy' within a block or two and easy walking.
Apart from driving to 'The Bend' on the Danube - a great day out - we could easily walk to 'Buda Castle', the Markets and other attractions in the city, which made life easy as one of our group was in a wheelchair. Access to and within the apartment was easy for our disabled friend.
We would be happy to use this apartment again and recommend it to friends or family visiting Budapest.
