Ellen finished her art history schooling at Yale (while raising two children), she capped a successful curatorial career, returning to Santa Fe as Director of the Museum of Fine Art. Ed was a Houstonian, PhD chemist from Rice, and winding up a consulting carreer in the petrochemical industry. He moved to Santa Fe in 1985, met and fell for Ellen. They married, and embarked on a life that featured renovation of numerous humble old houses in the Westside Historic District where they still live. Ed has been a Reoltor since 1989.
Ellen grew up in and around Los Alamos, doing art, riding horseback, and soaking in the indigenous cultures. Through her organization Recursos de Santa Fe, Ellen is a consults on art, history, native cultures, archaeology, and travel itineraries in the greater Southwest and Mexico.
