A newly refurbished and refurnished spacious 4 bedroom holiday home with heated swimming pool (Supplement applies). The house consists of 4 bedrooms with 2 master en-suites with TV, a formal living (with sofa bed) and dining room together with a family room, open plan kitchen and breakfast nook. Ideal for the family holiday of a lifetime. The villa is on a gated community, and overlooks conservation land at the back by the swimming pool. Ideal for both summer and winter holiday rental. The villa is self-catering with all modern conveniences but also near to lots of restaurants where you can eat good food extremely cheaply. The villa is ideal for either a family holiday or a romantic getaway. Close to Disney world, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Centre, excellent beaches and just a few hours from Miami, an ideal location in which to enjoy Florida. We are 35 minutes from Orlando airport and 55 minutes from Tampa. With many golf courses including Champions Gate within 5 minutes drive

Relaxing Holiday: Relax by the pool and watch the children safely enjoy the lovely warm water (pool heating available at a supplement) or visit one of the many theme parks within 15/30 minutes drive away and then after a happy and exhausting day at the parks come back and relax with a cool drink sitting by the pool while the children swim and use up any energy they may have left.

Or put the children to bed and sit by the pool with its underwater lighting sipping a toddy enjoying the warm Florida nights.....relaxed, happy and planning what to do and where to go next.....

Just 20 minutes from Disney world where Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom are situated. We are within 75 minutes of Kennedy Space Centre, Daytona and Cocoa Beach. There are many Golf courses including Champions Gate within 15 minutes drive, the nearest golf course being Highlands Reserve which is 5 minutes drive away. Enjoy the Magic of Disney, the breathtaking Kennedy Space Centre or the many many golf courses all so close to home. ClearWater, St Petersburg and the Beaches of the West Coast of Florida are all within one hours drive. Orlando or Tampa are airports within an easy drive. Shop at the Outlets, both Premium Outlets and Prime Outlets have lots of bargains. Florida Mall is a large shopping mall. Crazy golf, paragliding, water skiing, indoor parachuting, bungee jumping can all be found on the 192. Water parks, conservations areas, Everglades are close and for the adventurous Miami is only 4 hours away where you can take a trip to the Keys....

The property consists of a formal living / dining room as listed above and a family room which consists of seating for 6 people overlooking the pool area. There is also a separate breakfast area with a table and seating for four people. The property is extremely spacious and can accommodate 10 people easily. Whilst we have a private pool, there is also a communal pool available at the community centre, which also features a fitness room. Other facilities at the Community centre are available. Extra cleaning can be arranged (Supplement payable). We are a gated community and the property has a security system with door alarms to protect children from entering the pool area alone....

An Amazing Villa!!!!

Overall, this villa was fabulous! It was extremely clean and very well cared for! The furnishings and decor were beautiful, plus it was extremely spacious. I would highly recommend this gorgeous villa to anyone interested in visiting the Orlando area. It was so easy to head to the Disney area from there as well. We made at least 6 trips back and forth to Walt Disney World within 7 days, and it only took minutes!

Also, the villa is extremely kid friendly with TVs, DVD players, a ping pong table, and a pool! My children, 6 and 3 absolutely loved it!!! We will definitely return in the future!

More than anything, I appreciated the owners' kindness and help. It was a pleasure doing business with them!
