This one bedroom apartment is in the lively Latin Quarter and a 5 minute walk to the wonderful food market at Rue Mouffetard.
It is a 10 minute walk from the lovely Luxembourg gardens.
Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, it has recently been renovated to a very high standard with high moulded ceilings and hardwood floors.
Enter into a spacious newly renovated kitchen, with induction cook top, full oven, dishwasher, fridge and large freezer.
In the centre there is a breakfast bar with stools.
The kitchen leads into the living room, equipped with a sofa bed, TV and piano.
The bedroom is next to the living room and has a built-in closet and a Queen size bed.
The powder room is just off the bedroom.

This was our first time in Paris and this apartment turned out to be the perfect home base. We found the photos and description perfectly described the place and its amenities. It is just a short walk to Rue Mouffetard and the very central #7 line on the Metro, but quiet and peaceful. We loved shopping in the local street market and eating in the local restaurants. And the RER to CDG is just a short walk from the front door. Definitely recommended for couples, not so much for families or noise group due to "delicate" neighbours. A great place to stay if you like walking.
We just spent three very relaxing weeks in Paris. Our Paris home away from home, an apartment on Claude Bernard, was an essential part of our Paris visit enjoyment. The apartment was newly renovated (all new kitchen appliances), spacious, comfortable, and clean. Reservations made over the internet, personal check-in, minimal trouble shooting (concerning the washer and dryer operation), apartment cleaning, and scheduling for a departing taxi to the airport (at 3:30 am), were all handled by competent, English speaking rental staff. Since we, like most Americans, speak only our own language fluently, it was great to be able to communicate easily in English! Enjoy...
We just stayed at this fantastic 3 room apartment. What a find! It was minutes away from the Mouffetard and all the stores, restaurants and markets there. We walked to Jardin du Luxembourg several times and had easy access to buses and metro. The apartment itself was clean and lovely. Both beds - the one in the bedroom and the pull-out couch were very comfortable. The windows opened for a lovely breeze. It was very quiet facing an inner courtyard and also very secure with 2 codes and a key to get in. The apartment had more room than most places we looked at online for the same price. And the helpful information from Tamara was perfect when coming to a new country. Rent this! Rent it now - it is a real find!
My husband and I, along with our two adult children, recently visited Paris for the first time and stayed in this apartment. We found it to be the perfect place for us. The apartment had recently been remodeled and updated so everything was very clean and fresh. It had a nice cross breeze for the evenings and felt very safe and secure. There are markets, bakeries, and cafes close by which made it nice because we did some cooking but we also had the option of eating out. It is close to a Metro stop, and even after leaving the city late two evenings, when we got off at our stop we found there were still people in the cafes and the streets were well lit. We also found the property managers easy to work with and quick to respond to our emails, payments, and general questions.
