3 Master Suites+2BR2BA Close to Creation Museum(2 free tickets) and Cincinnati

The chateau has two-levels: The Main Level includes a fully furnished kitchen, dining room, eating bar, tv room, living room with a gas fireplace and an attached sunroom overlooking the pond. The bedrooms on the main level consist of 1 Master Suite and 1 bedroom with 1.5 baths. The Master Suite called the 'Tuscan Suite' has a king bed with doors leading outside to a balcony with table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. The Master Bath has a large walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a bath adjacent to the bedroom.

The Lower Level has a media room, sports bar area with sink, and a sunroom overlooking the picturesque pond. There are 2 Master Suites, and half bath. The largest of the two Master Suites we call the 'Family Suite' has a king bed and a seperate children's room named the 'Kids and Toys' room within the suite for those families with little ones or big ones. The 'Kids and Toys' room, done in pastels, has a single bunk bed over a full size bed with toys to play with and a large chalkboard to entertain. This Family Suite also comes with an oversized jetted garden tub, seperate shower, two seperate vanity areas and a window overlooking the pond. The other Master Suite we call the 'Safari Suite' has a queen bed in a large bedroom with a unique bathroom that continues the safari theme. So when you awake in the morning grab a cup of coffee and make yourself comfortable in the sunroom just around the corner and watch nature come to life. Or step out onto the patio and breathe in the morning air while watching the fog lift off the pond. The Media Room has theater seats, a 55 inch flat screen tv, fireplace and a half bath off the side. The Retro Bar is ecclectic and unique in design. Not your typical sports bar to say the least!

Outside we have a place to have a large bonfire in the backyard overlooking the pond. If you would like to have a bonfire on one of the nights you stay there is an additional $50 charge and we will have the cottage caretaker present to get the fire started and make sure it is safe and poses no risk to the neighboring woods, trees or houses.

We have a small paddleboat that may be used by renters on the pond. Any individual using the paddleboat is required to wear a safety flotation vest (provided) at all times. We DO NOT ALLOW SWIMMING in the pond. Use of the pond is strictly at your own risk. We cannot be held liable for any accident causing injury or death due to use or misuse of this property. By renting from us you agree that you are in charge of your own safety and the safety of those in your party.

THE BIG RULES:

The pond is ideal for fishing and small boating. Please be well aware that WE DO NOT ALLOW SWIMMING as it is very deep in some parts, with a treacherous mud and rock bottom that poses risk of injury. A special eye should be kept on children at all times near the water to ensure their safety.
