Photos and Description of the El Rosario vacation rental Spacious house with communal pools, close to shops, restaurants & beach bars

This 3 bed, 2 bath house is ideally located and a minutes walk to unspoiled safe and sandy beaches. The house is situated within a gated community and enjoys a prime position with views over the sea and mountains from the private solarium. The house is superbly located for relaxing holidays, and is close to the famous Puerto Banus and Marbella. It has an open lounge/diner with a modern fully equipped kitchen. It is air conditioned and all bedrooms open out onto patios. The lounge opens to a large patio and front garden. The back patio is paved. The communal swimming pool has a children splash pool and is surrounded by sub tropical plants. The beach is unspoiled with surrounding sand dunes and is very safe for children. A car is not necessary as transport from the airport can be arranged. For Golfers, both Marbella and Santa Clara Golf Clubs are just across the road! Bicycles and Golf Clubs are available at the house.

El Arenal Playa is ideally situated for all types of holidays. It is just minutes from the famous Puerto Banus and Marbella Town and Nikki Beach, located in Elviria. The El Canada shopping centre is nearby which boasts many different shops under one roof, along with restaurants and food shopping. During the summer months there is a boat you can catch throughout the day to take you from Marbella to Puerto Banus and back. There are golf courses galore, Rio Real, Aloha and Marbella Club are nearby, and Sotogrande and the world famous Valderrama are just 30-40 minutes away! The famous Andalusian white villages are a short drive away, eg, Mijas Pueblo, Monda, and Ronda. There are lots of places to visit for the children, e.g, Selwo Adventure Park in Estepona, Selwo Safari Park, Sea Life in Benalmadena and Funny Beach just minutes away from El Arenal Playa! Just up the road, there are supermarkets and restaurants to suit all, and in just one minute down the road are beach bars!
