Golf Membership to PGA National IS transferable - Villa Toscana is a stunning 3 bedroom 3 bath villa located right on the greens of the World renowned PGA National Golf Course, with wonderful views over a lovely Lilly filled natural pond. This home is newly renovated and has beautiful marble floors throughout and a custom built sweeping staircase which leads to the upper guest suites. There are 2 wonderful patio areas, one overlooks the greens (you may even spot Tiger Woods on the course) where you may spend your mornings enjoying the warm Florida sunshine with a nice cup of cappuccino, or enjoy the lovely tropical evenings with a nice cold glass of champagne! This home is fully equipped and filled with all the luxuries of home. There is a 50 inch Plasma in the beautiful living area, and a 37 in plasma in the Master Suite & one other Guest Suite. Enjoy watching the Honda Classic take place right on your back doorstep, enjoy the wonderful spa/restaurant located on-site.
