Brand new private apartment complex situated a few minutes from the beautiful village of El Campello. 10mins from Benidorm and 15 mins from Alicante Airport. This is a large 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment which sleeps 6 including the very comfortable lounge sofa bed. The apartment is fully air conditioned and has a large balcony with panoramic views of the sea and mountains. Fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob/fridge/freezer/microwave and all cutlery and crockery for 6 people. There is also a utility room with washing machine and drying area. Outside in the complex there is a large swimming pool and a small children's pool. There is a tennis court and 5 aside football pitch. The gymnasium is fully equiped with professional equipment and there are separate changing room facilities with showers and a sauna. Secure underground parking with lift. The complex is situated in a quiet location with Golf Courses and Theme parks near Benidorm a short drive away. Agent on site.

The newly built apartment complex is situated in a quiet residential location but within a few minutes drive there is an abundance of night life with Benidorm being 10 mins and Alicante approx 15 mins away. El Campello is an up- market very Spanish town with many shops and a local market. There are numerous cafe bars and restaurants for all tastes. The promenade is about a mile in length and has the most perfect sandy beach. Locally there are many hideaway coves, beaches and places of interest to visit including caves and towers. There is a beautiful harbour in El Campello with restaurants serving freshly caught sea food. There are theme parks in Benidorm including Terramitica, Terra Natura and Mundamar. Villajoyosa is a few minutes away with its beautiful sandy beach and places of interest such as the chocolate factories.

There is a patio door which opens on to the very large balcony where you can see the sun rising in the morning with a coffee. The second bedroom has two single beds both with bedside cabinets and lamps and a single wardrobe. The third bed is a large very comfortable sofa bed which is very easy to access and is situated in the lounge. There is also a patio door leading on to the balcony. All bedrooms and lounge etc are air conditioned. All facilities on the complex are free to use including the swimming pools, gymnasium, sauna, changing rooms, tennis court and 5 aside football pitch. There is an on-site agent available during business hours. Car Hire - Airport collections and returns - Welcome pack if required - Linen Service if required. On site Health Centre.

Notes: The apartment has a lounge with dining area. The large corner sofa will seat 4 plus and there are 4 chairs at the dining table. There is a TV which has Spanish channels and English Sky TV (If you use your own Sky card). There is a DVD player which will also play CD's through the TV speakers. As mention above if you use your own Sky card you would also be able to access the radio music channels. In the utility room there is facility for washing and ironing. There is also balcony furniture so that the wonderful sea and mountain views can be enjoyed. There is an agent on site (During normal business hours) who will greet you and introduce you to the apartment and facilities. A welcome pack and Airport transfers are available - Please ask when booking. You are welcome to bring your own linen (Sheets etc). A full linen service if required is available at extra charge - Please ask when booking. A Car Hire service is available at the site.

This apartment is one of the best we have been in for a long time. It is new and modern and has stunning views from the balcony. We have never been anywhere that has so many free facilities on the complex. There are two pools (one childs), tennis,football,a brilliant gymnasium,sauna and proper showers and changing rooms. All the facilities are private and only for use by people on the complex so they are always available. There is a private underground car park and a private lift to the apartment level which is a nice touch. The apartment seems to have everything that you need. The owner gives you the choice of taking your own bed linen etc or paying for a linen service. We used the linen sevice which was great. We were looking for somwhere which was away from the usual noisy over commercialised areas like Benidorm and this was perfect. Quiet during the day and night but not too far away from night life in the evening. We visited Benidorm on a few nights but were glad to return to our quiet apartment for a good nights sleep.
We would rate this apartment very highly indeed. However a car is definately required to get the best out of your holiday.
We will be booking again.
