A first floor master suite gives adults that much needed privacy at the end of the day.

A small, private back yard provides a cozy Vineyard feel.

We had been vacationing on the Vineyard on our boat for years and decided that living here would be even better than vacationing here.

What makes this house unique

We're located just off the Edgartown Vineyard Haven Road bikepath so it's an easy bike ride to downtown Edgartown, South Beach, State Beach, the YMCA and Felix Neck Sanctuary. Public transportation is right at the end of the street.
