Linda and Doug, Proprietors of the Iron Post Guesthouse, are both amateur athletes who have traveled over many parts of North America for various types of races. After many trips to the Okanagan Valley they fell in love with this area and decided to leave Ontario and make this their home.

In setting up the Iron Post Guesthouse, their vision was to create a unique space that would offer special services to athletes but is unique enough to appeal to any small group. With its location on one of the busiest and most scenic cycling routes in the Okanagan, in house gym equipment, a secure space to lock up and work on bicycles, a kitchen to prepare meals instead of eating out every day, and local knowledge of the cycling/running/mountain biking routes in the area, we believe the Iron Post should have special appeal for those coming to the area for training / recreation.

Likewise, by being located on the Naramata Bench wine route with 31 wineries on our road, our multi room facility with a common lounge area, large pool area and hot tub offers a spectacular setting for any small group coming out to relax and explore the uniqueness of the area.
