•Boating Lake Ontario and Sandy Pond. We often take trips to Henderson and Sackets Harbor. For those a bit more experienced with a larger boat; the Thousand Islands or Kingston, Ontario area is a great day trip from the house or Henderson Harbor. “Boater's Beach” is a long, all sand beach close to the home where the “locals” hang out on the beach.
•Fishing from the dock with the kids for Bass and Sunfish, Sandy Pond for Bass and Lake Ontario for Lake Trout and King Salmon. There is also an amazing Salmon Run on the Salmon River near Pulaski (20 minute drive).
•Fine Dining in Sackets Harbor (Tin Pan Galley or Sackets Brewing Co) or Rainbow Shores
•Watching the kids catch frogs on the pond
•Golf at The Elms Golf Course
Bicycling on the many scenic rural roads /Seaway Trail
•Short daytrips to Old MacDonald Farm, Local Wineries, Taking the ferry to Wolf Island/Kingston Ontario, Thousand Islands and the Adirondack Mountains

The Home:
•Location: On a private peninsula between Lake Ontario and Sandy Pond. Large lot with plenty of parking and flat area for a game of volleyball or soccer. The rear of the home backs to a sand dune with a deck that adjoins a third-tier deck atop the dune. The front of the home looks over Sandy Pond and has direct water access via a boating channel.
•Beach: Private Cove beach shared by three homes. The beach changes with the lake water level and weather. At times it is rocky, sometimes it is sandy, but one thing is certain—the privacy and views cannot be beat. The water is great for swimming and shallow enough for kids. When in the water, your feet will be on a nice sandy bottom.
•Boat Dock: There is a dock for this property on the canal accessing Sandy Pond; which will fit most 20 ft. boats or jet skis. Access to Lake Ontario from Sandy pond via nearby channel! There is access for kayaks as well.
•Decks: The West Deck is atop a sand dune with spectacular views of Lake Ontario. The East Deck has spectacular views of Sandy Pond. What more could you ask for?
•Kitchen: Everything in this kitchen is new from the cabinets to the appliances! We have the kitchen stocked with all of the basic cooking utensils and dinnerware.
•Family Room: Relaxing “L-shaped” leather couch with LCD SatelliteTV/DVD. Beautiful Catherdral Ceilings all in natural pine!
•Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms and a loft.

•Recreation Room: Ping Pong Table! Plans to bring in a futon soon. Additional TV for kid's movies or games. Bring your own game players.
•Amenities: Basic Kitchen utensils, SatelliteTV/DVD, Wireless Internet, Gas Grill, Clean water from tank (not from well).
16' rowboat & 2 kayaks are available for your use.
