House, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 1.5 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

There is alot of snow this year, great for skiing, snow tubing or sitting by the fire and watching it fall.

Relax and have fun in our newly renovated warm and cozy ranch home in the Pocono Mountains near Jim Thorpe (Christmas Train with Santa), Big Boulder, Split Rock Resort (indoor waterpark) and Hickory Run State Park. Restaurants and Night life nearby.

Take a bike ride or a walk to the lake. At night you can relax under the stars on the back deck or sunset see the deers and turkeys pass by.

The Kitchen has all the comforts of home with new appliances, dishes, wine glasses, cookware, coffee maker, microwave, ice-maker, leading out to furnished deck in rear of house.

Sleeps 6-8 and has a master bedroom with a queen size bed opening into master bath. Bedroom 2 has full size bed, and bedroom three you will enjoy solid wood bunk beds with room on floor for aero bed included. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's and DVD players. Pillows and blankets are available. Please bring towels, dish towels, and linens

About The Owner

We love coming to the Pocono's to chill out after a tough work week. Hiking and bike riding is our favorite afternoon activities followed by cocktails hour on the deck. It is always 5:00 somwhere!!

The house was very nice and clean. The couch was very comfortable. Overall a nice stay. Location was very convenient to Big Bolder and Jack Frost. It was great having our dog with us. My only negative was that there was only one trash can in the kitchen; none in any of the bathrooms. Oh and there are only teaspoons which made it frustrating to eat cereal with! These are minor inconveniences though in a very nice house. Highly recommended.

Cozy house really close to Big Boulder

We rented this house for New Years weekend. There was 4 of us (2 couples) and the house was a perfect size for our group. There are actually 3 bedrooms the third being a kids room with bunk beds. The house was generally clean with nice comfortable furniture. The owners were helpful when we couldn't figure out how to get the fireplace started.

The house is really close to the slopes, under 20 minutes and there are some good restaurants in the area between the house and the slopes. I would recommend this house to my friends and am looking forward to coming back.
