This elegant designer beach home has been featured in Better Homes and Garden and San Diego Magazine. This historic home was built in 1904 and fully renovated in 2006 with all modern amenities. The home is light, bright, and airy, and truly represents the indoor/outdoor Southern California beach lifestyle with wrap around decks everywhere!

Walk through the flowered white picket fence and arbor to this lovely 4 Bedroom 4 1/2 bath home. The architectural details are beautiful with white crown moldings in every room and French doors and windows throughout. The home is located in the heart of Coronado village, just three blocks to Coronado’s main beach, and two blocks to all the restaurants and quaint cafes. Enjoy the 4th of July fireworks from the wrap around balcony!

The home also has one bedroom one bath cottage that opens up onto a private quiet garden patio with a Jacuzzi pool. This home will provide you with the perfect environment to sit on the porch and watch the world go by, or be as active as you desire! Location, location, location!

About The Owner

I have lived in Coronado the past 16 years and have rented out this home for the past five years on another website. I am also an event planner so I can help you plan your beautiful vacation here in Coronado/San Diego in advance of your arrival. I have exclusive referrals/vendors, and can organize any activity or special occasion you desire. I have access to private wine tours, hot air balloon rides, yachts, sail boats, private chefs, masseuses, spas, restaurants, daily maid service, limos, babysitters, and many more!

Notes: There are three private bedrooms in the main house with two and a half baths. The Master suite with queen bed is on the first floor with a large master bathroom, Jacuzzi tub, and double head shower. There are two large bedrooms on the second floor. One room has two twin beds, and the other has a queen bed. There is a full bathroom upstairs with a shower. In the back of the home there is a charming one bedroom one bath cottage with queen size bed and full shower, and private access. There is a fully equipped eat in gourmet kitchen with Viking and Sub Zero appliances, and a full laundry room. The living room has cozy wood burning fireplace and a formal dining room that can seat up to 12 people. The TV room has a Pioneer Elite 50' Plasma TV with DVR, DVD, Wii, Xbox 360 and Apple TV. The home stereo system can be played in every room of the home and outdoor space. The audio system can play 500 different CD’s, satellite music, FM/AM radio, and your own iPod or iPhone music.

Good Morning Bettina;
Wish I could say it's good to be back home, but I'd rather still be out there. Just wanted to let you know we all had a great time and being able to stay at your house was very special for us. Our two grandchildren had a blast at the beaches and parks everyday. I took lots of walks and mostly hung around the house keeping things organized and fixing food, but did get in quite a bit of relaxing. We had a very nice Christmas Eve- fixed tenderloin on the grill, ate together in your beautiful dining room then opened presents. Again, thanks so much for everything-all the extras and great amenities. We had a wonderful Christmas in Coronado.
