We have the underground transport/ bus terminal 500 m away from the house, numerous shops, restaurants and Doctor’s clinics lie 2 minutes away from the Garmisch highway, 5 minutes from the beltway A 99 and 7 minutes from A 8 Munich-Salzburg. The zoo is just 5 minutes away, Allianz Arena 30 minutes, Olympic stadium 15 minutes, downtown 15 minutes, Bad Toelz 30 minutes, Garmisch 45 minutes, Salzburg 80 minutes, Augsburg 40 minutes. Great spot for city visits

We stayed in Object 3 "Bungalo" for 5 nights. The apartment is just as pictured in the advertisement. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped, and only a 5 minute walk to the U-Bahn subway station, which is a short (4 stops) trip to Munich central - easy and nice to be out of the central city.
Very convenient location with 2 supermarkets close by, easy street parking if you have a car. Our only problem was having one too many persons! We had 5 in our family group, and the apartment would be more comfortable with 3 or 4 people due to its compact size.
Great stay. lovely hosts, clean and comfortable, highly recommend this apartment.
Owner's Response: Tanks for visitting. We have 2 bedrooms with double beds for 4 persons, 5th Person with a comfortable sofa in the living room. Our bungalow is for 4 - 5 Adults

Good but small house

We had an excellent stay in the home for a two week Christmas vacation. It was very conveniently located to the autobahn for all of our side trips to Salzburg, Garmisch, Nuremberg etc. The U-bahn is only a 5 minute walk and made getting to anywhere in Munich very easy. The only downside was that we had a problem with the heating while the owner was away and had three nights of virtually no heat. Not sure if the owner turned off the heat while he was gone or whether there was a problem with the heating. We stayed away purposefully on those days because the apartment was so cold. Would stay there again despite the problem. They even did our laundry (for a price).
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing
Owner's Response: Thanks for the review and sorry for the heating problem, there was a leak in the heating system and the water was going out of the system, we repaired that in a few hours after receive your message, we didnt know that it was a 3 days long problem. Normaly our heating system works arround the clock and we never had a problem before.
