We stayed at 5519 Turtle Cove Villa for four nights in order to attend the Kiawah Island Marathon Race in early December 2012. Accommodations were arranged through Susie Oringel of Kiawah by Owner.
Susie is very accommodating & simplifies the rental process. She also provides significant information relative to the immediate locale which is helpful. She is readily available should any property concerns arise as she is only a phone call away.
The listing information accurately reflects the property. The recent renovations that have taken placed resulted in a very spacious, attractive & functional living space. The décor was very warm & appealing to the eye. The villa was neat & clean & the kitchen was well equipped. Two bedrooms, each with its own bath, made for convenient sleeping arrangements.
The villa’s location is excellent. You are within short walking distance of the island’s Town Center, The Sanctuary Hotel, Island Tennis Club & most importantly, THE BEACH. Being positioned on a cul de sac abutting a lagoon is an added plus.
When planning our next visit to Kiawah Island, we will certainly check to see if this property is again available for rental.
