Semi-detached house recently built in Las Pajanosas.. the charm and the appealing features of an andalusian house without leaving aside all the comforts of modern life. Situated in a peaceful environment, we can enjoy the beautiful landscapes and the tranquillity of the countryside and at the same time, enjoy the beautiful Seville, just at 15 minutes driving to the monumental area.

The House is suitable for rental all year round. Popular summer activities include walking, hiking, mountaineering, fishing, horse ridding. There are three tastefully furnished second floor bedrooms (two double and one with two single bed) with the master bedroom having its own private balcony with two large bathrooms and another one in the first floor.Child's cot available.

On first floor there is a dinning room with a well appointed kitchen/dining area, and comfortable lounge. The kitchen leads onto a patio with a shaded seating/dining area and a Jakuzzi.

The beaches of the Costa de la Luz are within one hour drive.

local area: The Pajanosas it is a small very calm villa but closely together of the center of Seville and in a wonderful countryside.

With the new highway A66, the center of Seville is reached within 15 minutes.

In the area different activities can be developed related with nature. Ridding horses, fishing in the Serrano Lake, photographic safari in the Castle of the Guards, walks in bicycle by beautiful paths and of course, enjoy his wonderful gastronomy.

BY THE HOUSE: - One day trip to Aracena and Castillo de las Guardas. If you take the highway A66 to the north, the first exit to the right is to Aracena. If you take it, I recommend you to go to the Castle of The Guards (Castillo de las Guardas) and visit its natural animal reserve.

http://www.lareservadelcastillodelasguardas.com/. You can visit everyday from 10 a.m. to 17 p.m and can stay in the park until 18.30h. After the reserve, you can keep going and arrive to Aracena. If it is time for lunch, I recommend you to stop in the town before of Aracena called Higuera de la sierra and eat in “La Terraza”, a restaurant in the main square of the town. You can enjoy there all the typical food of the area.

In Aracena, visit the Caves (Grottos of The Marvels). the timetable is every day from 10.00 a 13.30 h. and15h a 18.00 h. you can visit the castle and the church of templars, from XIII century. If you like sweets, I recommend you to go to the Pastry shop in the main square, famous for its sweets.

MORE: If you like romans history, I recommend you to go to Santiponce (Itálica, http://www.vimeo.com/3361995) If you like the meet, I recommend you to have lunch in the restaurant “El ventorrillo Canario” In front of the ruins, very famous for its “Presa Iberica” o “Secreto Iberico” con Mojo picón (Typical Sauce). If you prefer Spanish Rice, I recommend you the restaurant just behind called “la caseta de Antonio”, a perfect place to enjoy the rice (Ask for “Arroz caldoso”) and its see food and fresh fishes.

I will send you before your arriving, more routes and places to visit. Also, restaurants and bars for tapas in seville and the name of every speciality of any bar 'in spanish' so you will not miss anyone.

42 years old, i know well the city, its monuments and its life night. Play flamenco guitar and sing flamenco i know where are the best places to enjoy in the city. I love tapas and know most restaurants in seville, its prices and its quality. I like to recommend tenants where to go and make sure that they enjoy their staying. I do this for jobby and to be close to other cultures and also not forget my english. Always in touch with tenants try to get to know what they like. I am just what i would like to find whenever i travel abroad and rent an appartment.

Extremelly well equiped and well accoinditionated cold and hot. A lot to do and see at the area. Nice furnitures. wifi and satel tv. I live very close so i am always at your disposal.

At 12 miles from Seville Centre, Small villa new Highway A-66. As it is new, there are not the usual traffic problems from other parts of the city. The town has only 980 persons so it is very litle and quiet, although has all the services anyone might need. Even a golf court of 18 holes really cheap. From Las Pajanosas you can eassily go to Seville centre in just 15 minutes (i will tell you where to park with no problem and free parking), you can visit Cordoba, Granada, Arcos, jerez, Cadiz and many other places that i will recommend you. Restaurants, tapas bar, night places and so on, i will give you plenty information about all these. you can park the car in front of the house without any problem. In front of the house there is just countryside so no noise will disturb or bother you. Las Pajanosas is very well-known for its gastronomy. Seven¡ ¡¡ restaurants in town. Two supermarkets, pharmacy, medical care, bank, Tourist office, and so on.

Other Activities: paddle and golf, horse ridding

Golf: Only at just 1 km from the house, there is a golf court with18 holes with a very good price. You can see more details in http://www.hatoverdegolf.es.

  • there is no need of a security deposit. When less than a week of a rental period there is an extra charge of 30 € for laundry. Ask for speciall price for couples or long period staying. the prices from the table is for a week period and for 5 persons. For less than a week, please, ask for daly price since it will depend on how many days. The capacity of the house is for 8 persons. For more than 5 persons, please, ask for price.
  • The price for the feria week is 100euros per night for 6 persons, 110 y 120 € per 7 and 8 persons.

  • In order to formalize the booking, i will be glad to receive a bank transfer of just 25 %, the rest at your arrival at the apartment. Although, if you come out of the Euro zone, and in order to avoid banks fees, i can accept a check of the same amount and i will turn it to you at the apartment. I will not make it cash also to avoid banks incomes.

  • The orange bethroom has its own terrace. The white bedroom has its own bathroom and a nice views to the countryside. There is another bathroom for the others two rooms and another toillet downstairs. All the rooms have air conditioning and heating. All the rooms have wide cupboards. The spa is outside at the patio. If you want to use it in winter time, you need to tell me in advanced to get it ready for use out of summer time. It has an extra cost of 20 euros per stay (the whole period)

Notes: Possibility of daily maid service . The house has internet with conection to a laptop. Also satel tv. The use of the jakuzzi has an extra cost of 20 euros per all the stay in winter time (no matter how many day is used). Please, let me know if you want to use it to have it ready for use. there is a public pool at 500 metersfrom the house. There is a gym on town available at 5 euros a day. Possible to ride horses close to town.

A perfect home for family

We have a large group to travel in Andalucia during a 1 week vacation, therefore I think an apartment is the most suitable option because we can all live like a family and also share the cost. However, choosing an apartment has risks over hotel because you could not have too much information and critiques about it.

Luckily we had a right choice. This apartment is exactly like the photos show - very clean, neat, and with comfortable beddings and very good furnitures. The owner Juan Luis is such a kind person, who had showed a very warm attitude since the beginning of the communication. He gave us such detailed introductions about everything in Sevilla regarding food, drinks, entertainment and travel, which we used all the time when we were in Sevilla. His local knowledge helped us a lot to get the best things we wanted in Sevilla in such a short time. I can say we dumped our lonely planet completely. No guide book can be better than his introduction about the city.

The house is big enough for 7 to 8 people. If you are a group of friends or family, it is the best choice. You have your private space and a large shared space for doing things together. The location is in a small village near Sevilla. But unfortunately we had not got enough time to enjoy the village. It is only 20 minutes by car to Sevilla city. If you drive a car, don't forget to follow the owner's instruction for the free car parking in the city. We did not follow it and paid a huge parking fee in a public parking lot.

I highly recommend this apartment for family or friends. Sevilla is a great city for exploring more.

Wir haben einige Tage mit unserer Familie in diesem schönen, gemütlichen Haus verbracht.
Es ist sehr geräumig, mit viel Platz und mit sehr gutem Geschmack eingerichtet, mit viel Helligkeit und sehr gut eingerichteten Schlafzimmern.
Es liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend in der Nähe von Sevilla – einem kleinen Dorf mit vielen Restaurants, Supermärkten und netten Leuten.
Der Eigentümer des Hauses ist sehr sympatisch und immer sehr aufmerksam .
Wir empfehlen seinen Ratschlägen und Tipps zu folgen, jedoch braucht man mehr Zeit um alles in Anspruch zu nehmen.
Definitiv sehr empfehlenswert!!

Hemos pasado una semana en esta fantastica casa, esta muy bien. La casa esta equipada con todo lo que puedes necesitar y lo que falta te lo proporciona su propietario que es una persona muy atenta y se preocupa por ti. El pueblo donde se encuentra no tiene mucho para ver o visitar pero la zona es muy recomendable y alrededor hay lugares muy interesantes.
