Photos and Description of the Seville Province vacation house rental A self-catering rental with nice views to the countryside. Sunny and quiet.

Semi-detached house built in 2006 in Las Pajanosas.. the charm and the appealing features of an andalusian house without leaving aside all the comforts of modern life. Situated in a peaceful environment, we can enjoy the beautiful landscapes and the tranquillity of the countryside and at the same time, enjoy the beautiful Seville, just at 15 minutes driving to the monumental area. The House is suitable for rental all year round. Popular summer activities include walking, hiking, mountaineering, fishing, horse ridding. There are three tastefully furnished second floor bedrooms (two double and one with two single bed) with the master bedroom having its own private balcony with two large bathrooms and another one in the first floor.Child's cot available. On first floor there is a dinning room with a well appointed kitchen/dining area, and comfortable lounge. The kitchen leads onto a patio with a shaded seating/dining area. The beaches of the Costa de la Luz are within one hour drive.

local area: The Pajanosas it is a small very calm villa but closely together of the center of Seville and in a wonderful countryside. With the new highway A66, the center of Seville is reached within 15 minutes. In the area different activities can be developed related with nature. Ridding horses, fishing in the Serrano Lake, photographic safari in the Castle of the Guards, walks in bicycle by beautiful paths and of course, enjoy his wonderful gastronomy.

The house is clean, comfortably (maybe you need tot ask the owner for more cups and glasses if you come with 6) and the owner was very friendly and helpfull. There were some changes in furniture compared to the photos (on 30 June '09), but it is very nice and in line with the photos.

Because of the stairs (to bedrooms) and the terrace with wood on the floor (not absolutely stable) it is not a good choice for people who experience trouble walking. There are no adjustments for little children, but the owmer will help where ever he can.

Recommend it and it is only a 20 minutes drive from Seville centre!

Our family (3 people) went to Sevilla for a wedding. The house in Las Pajanosas is about 20km,12 miles from Sevilla. We had a rental car, so transportation was not an issue. Getting to centre Sevilla was no problem with the highway sign. An apartment in old Sevilla does not provide any parking of the car. The house was very spacious with room to spread out, cook our meals. The small town had several nice restaurants and a very friendly grocery store. We plan to return when we visit our family and will stay again.

The house (of Juan Lius Pantoja) was very nice to stay in.It was well-furnished and modern.We found the two bathrooms a real luxury. Thanks to the good weather we have enjoyed the patio every day.From the nearly village Santeponce we took the bus several times to Sevilla,a very interesting city.In the house we found a lot of informative leaflets and L.L. told us a lot about where to go.We enjoyed our stay in the house very much.
