Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 6-7)

Enjoy the sun with your morning coffee, or the stars under the moon at night, on the deck of our second-floor condominium. Skylights atop our 13-foot vaulted ceilings ensure that you are never far from the invigorating Ocean City atmosphere. A separate dining area provides a view of the comings and goings outside on Central Ave. A full size kitchen can accomodate the cook in the family. Travel up a few steps and down the hall to the bedrooms and bath. Continue down the hall and out to the porch.

So close to everything, but quite quiet up above the street. Step out for a brisk three-block walk to the boardwalk or beach. Superfresh is only two blocks away. Only a half block from the shops along Asbury Avenue. Restaurants such as the Chatterbox, Reddys, Luigi's are minutes away.

LOCATED on Central Avenue at 8th Street, in the north end of town, your family will relax in comfort while knowing that you are in close proximity to all of the fun!

This condo is a great place to stay while in Ocean City. The house was spacious and clean (with the exception of the rugs). It was fully equipped with everything you coud possibly need for the week. The location was ideal - close to the beach and boardwalk as well as restaurants and shops. It is also close to the 9th St. Bridge that leads to Summers Point if you ar elooking for more restaurant options. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and the price was more than affordable! I would recommend this house to anyone and would certainly stay here again.

This was the perfect location for us. My teenage girls were able to go back & forth easily and I was comfortable with their safety. The place is identical to what you see in the pictures, it was clean and cozy. There were lots of beach extras(beach buggy,umbrella,buggie board...) that saved us money and made getting to the beach and back easy. I would definately stay here again!

Wonderful family vacation!

This is a great rental in the heart of downtown. My toddler, husband and my mom enjoyed our stay in this spacious condo with so much to do in walking distance. It was convenient to have access to the downstairs storage area for our bikes, stroller and beach toys. The owner was great to work with and I'm hoping to return soon!

We just returned from a week in OC. Since we had never been there before, I really didn't know what to look for in a rental property. We were thrilled with our decision to rent this property on Central Ave. It was clean, well-stocked, and well-lit with natural light streaming through the skylights to make the living area very pleasant. The location was perfect for us. We were close enough to the "downtown" shopping area to allow our teens some freedom (the kids loved being able to walk to the donut/coffee shop in the morning by themselves), and yet only a few short blocks to the beach. It was a very fair price and a great find for our family of 6!!! Would highly recommend!

We just got back from our week in OCNJ. We had a great time even thought we had so many cloudy/rainy days. The house was clean & the kitchen well stocked with everything you need to cook for the family. There is plenty of room for any size family the rooms were very spacious. I would definitely recommend this property. Working with the owner was a pleasure. We returned Sat. & I had my deposit returned by Tues. The only thing I will say I would have liked was more TV channels especially when your stuck in durring the rainy nights.
