House, 5 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 8 adults max)

Charming, adorable, comfortable, renovated original beach cottage. Newly and nicely decorated and full of amenities.

We have just finished updating our whole home and are now making available for weekly rental. We pride ourselves in keeping nice, tastefully decorated homes.

Ours is a family home which we rent to families only with the renting adult parents being over the age of 30. We only want responsible guests who will care for and cherish our home like we do. Being the home is nicely decorated we ask that no more than 2 kids under the age of 10 stay at any one time.

Best location in Myrtle Beach area. Family friendly with little noise and traffic, but convenient to everything. Our property is one of the nicest lots in Surfside Beach near the ocean. We also have a golf cart available for our guests. New SWIMMING POOL now INSTALLED for SUMMER SEASON

What makes this cottage unique

Nice setting with water view of lake and close to the ocean. Enjoy watching wildlife in the water.Park located across the water from the home offering slides, children play items, park benches,horseshoes, and boccie ball. Home also has numerous decks to sit on and relax. Interior of home is all one level with a calming, nicely decorated atmosphere. Built as a home for us to enjoy, not for being a rental property.

Relaxing week

We had a wonderful week at this home. The owners were very easy to work with and quick to respond. we loved the area. It was close enough to Myrtle beach to see all the attractions but located in a relaxed neighbourhood . The home is beside a community park and a close golf cart ride from the beach. We enjoyed several sunrises on the beach.We travelled with three 17 yr old girls and they had a great time. Some of the bedrooms and 1 of the bathrooms were very tiny but we did not spend a lot of time indoors so it worked out. It also would have been nice to have a tv in the master bedroom. We greatly preferred this home to our previous stays in condos. We look forward to returning for another week in the near future.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

Great house! Location was close to beach could walk but golf cart made trips even easier. Very clean and kitchen stocked with essential items for cooking. Lake great entertainment for seven year old learning how to cast a rod no fish but plenty of turtles. Owners great to work with! I would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Convenient to pier and restaurants.

Thanks to Steve and Kathy for making our Myrtle Beach vacation so enjoyable and memorable in their lovely home! We hadn't had a family vacation in a long time! The home was so clean, comfortable and welcoming, plenty of room for our family of six. The little ones loved their bunk beds, which made bedtime that much easier! The beach was gorgeous! Walking to the beach in the morning was so refreshing, just a quick jaunt and then back for our morning coffee on the dock.The golf cart was a blessing, toting all our picnic gear, chairs you name it! Exploring the neighborhood in the golf cart was a highlight for the kids, they thoroughly enjoyed it! The lake was wonderful to walk around after our evening meals! So many attractions, and shopping! We can't wait to book again this fall and take in the rest! We would highly recommend this home to our family and friends! In fact we already have! Thanks again!
