The Casita has been re-built in a traditional style, incorporating many of the existing building´s original features as well as using local & sustainably-sourced materials, to offer an unique house full of charm and character. Pimienta Casita offer spaces and privacy, with its large private gardens wrapping around three sides. With three double or twin bedrooms, it is designed for a larger family or small group (max 5 adults). The master double with en-suite shower is at one end, while the two twins share a family bathroom at the other - the larger can become a king double. (Avail from Feb 2010, 3 bedroom Alcornoque can sleep 6 adults) The heart of the Casita is open-plan with a fully fitted kitchen with dining table & a sitting room area, with two pairs of French doors. These both open onto the large stone patio with views to Vejer & a shaded pergola, furnished for lazy days with wooden sunbeds, hammock, barbeque and table & chairs for al fresco dining. Short Breaks are 70% of the weekly rate for up to four nights during Low Season and some Regular Season dates (please enquire). 10% Discount given for bookings of two weeks or more, or two properties for one week, during all Regular & Low Season periods. For Late Availability, Group Bookings for 2-20 persons, Last Minute or Seasonal Deals etc please enquire.

    A 35% deposit is required within 7 days of Booking Form, with the 65% balance is due 3 months before arrival in High & Peak seasons or 2 in Regular & Low Seasons, with a refundable security deposit. Notes: Nestled between shady cork oaks and private gardens with wonderful views from their West-facing patios, the Casitas are just a short stroll from the safely- fenced ecological swimming pool. Set into the central gardens & orchards which guests are also welcome to enjoy, the pool offers a large sun terrace, shaded tree trunk pergola & a pool cabaña with honesty fridge & bathroom/changing room. There is a separate laundry room with sink, washing & ironing facilities. Weekly housekeeping, with a full change of cotton bedlinen & bathroom towels, is included with our compliments. Further housekeeping, linen, child-minding & catering is available on request. Each Casita can also sleep one child under two years of age in a travel cot. Items for children such as travel cots with seasonal bedlinen, high chairs & baby baths for children under 2 years, as well as bed guards for children 2-5 years, are available & included with our compliments - please see our website for a full list.
