Luxury waterfront 2 bed apt overlooking beach and marina. Fully furnished, the apt sleeps 6. There is 2 double rooms, with 2 sofa beds in the living room, a bathroom, and a seperate shower room, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. The apartment is fully air conditioned. Apartment is on the 1st floor and has 2 balconies. The main balcony is south facing and enjoys fantastic sea and marina views. The marina and exceptional beach can be accessed directly from the complex. The complex has 2 pools, a small gym, sauna, restaurant and bar on site. Relax and enjoy the fine restaurants and pubs in the old village just a 5 minute walk away. The complex is very central to all amenities and entertainment.Hop on the bus outside the complex to go to Sunny Beach,(5 minutes) or Nessebar in 10 minutes. St Vlas is 30 minutes from Bourgas airport and an hour from Varna. Pick up can be arranged. This location is perfect to access the many historic and cultural sites in the region.

Sveti Vlas is a coastal town three miles to the North of Sunny Beach, Bulgaria’s largest seaside resort. Sveti Vlas is a beautiful coastal village of approx. 3000 inhabitants, situated just 5 kilometers north of Sunny Beach and 9 kilometers from Nessebar. This magnificent resort is a great combination of beautiful seaside at Balkan mountain range. It has been developed into a modern beach destination during the recent years, with brand new hotels and tourist infrastructure. This makes it a preferred destination for holidaymakers, who want to enjoy the spectacular views of the mountain while having fun on the beach. The beaches at St Vlas have a length of 5 kilometers. The town is also famous for its brand new and beautiful yacht port, which is being developed close to the water base of the local fishermen. Boats and yachts can be hired, The village is of immense historical significance and dates back to the 2nd century.

we have recently returned from a weeks stay in vega.
firstly the owner is very helpful good contact by email and phone ensured we were picked up promptly at airport and for our return journey.

the apartment is spacious and clean with excellent views over the marina. their is numerous resteraunts on the marina which vary in quality and price, but all still cheaper then eating out at home.

the sea taxi to nessebar is very enjoyable and the sights and shopping their are excellent.

taxis are cheap sunny beach is only 5 mins away if you are looking for more acitivites which are readily available at a number of locations or if you prefer a livelier night out.

we found that getting to the main street in st vlas is only a 5 minute walk, but is up hill with 3 young kids we got a taxi up which cost 6 lev.

miami was our favorite resteraunt, lively, friendly, good food. be prepared to clap along and on a good night to be up dancing - the owner gives you little choice when he grabs you by the arm.

our only complaint was we didnt stay longer.

good location

We (3 adults) spent 2 enjoyable weeks in the apartment.
It is spacious and well kept and as it on the 1st floor it is convenient but has very good views of the marina and over to Nessebar.
It is easy access to the pool area and lovely beach but sun loungers & umbrella are10 lev per day or part of day.
We gave up on the marina restaurants after 2 diappointing meals and went up to the village where there are numerous food outlets of various prices . Our favourites were Balkan, Rubin and one on the main square just below the chinese.
We felt the food was better, cheaper and more authentic than on the marina. The Vega restaurant was also very good and the service friendly.
There is no need for a car but we did hire one for a few days to explore inland. The roads are very variable and you have to expect your journeys to be slower than in the UK but beware of potholes and craters!
Of the places we saw Trjavna was our favourite but Veliko Tarnovo is also worth a look. Hotels and restaurants inland are very good value. The coast from Varna to Sveti Vlas is also attractive but we gave Sunny Beach a miss after driving through.
A lovely day out is to take the water taxi from the marina to Nessebar.
We had great weather for the 2 weeks and the only rain was when we got on the plane to return home!
The owner was very helpful both on the phone and by email and organised return taxi transfers for us. We would recommend the apartment to friends plus the location is one of the best on the coast of the areas we visited.

A place to get away from it all

Stayed in Vega Village in June with family, children aged 13 & 15. The apt is very spacious and comfortable. It is a fantastic loaction with well maintained pools and you can walk on to the beautiful and very clean beach. The area is very beautiful and Vega is the best location in the area. The village of Sveti Vlas is a 5 min walk and it is very quant with lots of small shops and some nice and reasonably priced restaurants. The owner was very helpful when organising the rental. Sunny Beach is very livell and only a five min taxi journey. Make sure you get a cheap rate from them - haggle.

Great location and beach

We had the most fantastic holiday at Vega Village. We had direct email and phone contact with the owner and he was very helpful and gave some great advice and recommendations.

The apartment was fab and the views are only stunning from it and the pool area is great also. All in all Vega Village is a gorgeous place and the people that work there are so friendly.

Sunny Beach is just bursting with activity with lots of great restaurants and bars, it has something for all ages.

St Vlas village has to be a strong favourite it gives you the opportunity of two very different worlds where Sunny beach is all a great buzz. St Vlas has a lovely relaxing feel to it, with all its nice bars and restaurants especially Miami Restaurant we went there 3 times it was such fun and the food is the best that we had, the people that work there were so nice they even gave us a free bottle of champagne 2 nights.

I was amazed with the whole of Sunny beach it is such a lovely place and the beaches are the best by far.

I recommend this area and the Vega Village aptartment as one that will get you away from all the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Highly recommend to anyone thinking of a sun holiday.
