Punt Gorda is a fantastic place to live. The City has been listed as one of the best small towns in the Country numerous times.
Charlotte Harbor has been pronounced as the best sailing harbor in the Country, the property is close to everything including sailing, golf, tennis, all levels of dining, great fishing, professional and minor league baseball, miles of walking, running and biking trails and the Harbor.
The home is located just three blocks from historic downtown Punta Gorda and twenty minutes from Fort Myers. Orlando is only two hours away and Boca Grande is about 45 minutes by car and thirty by boat. If you are a boater, bring your boat and store it at either Fishermans Village or Laishley Park Marina. Both are within walking distance. If you want to keep your boat on a trailer, we have plenty of room to store it at the house.
Cayo Costa, Pine Island, Boca Grande Pass, Cabbage Key, Useppa Island and more are all just a short Boat Ride. If you don't have boat, there are rentals at both Marinas.
