This beautiful spacious villa with great views over the valley of Benissa is a perfect place to relax for a family who wants to be far away from a stressed life. There is no pool but ample space for children to play. Great walking in the surroundings with your dog. The beaches of Moraira and Calpe are only 15 - 20 min. by car. Benissa has a rich history and the old town center is worth a visit. It is a nice village with a great market on Saturdays. There are various national and international restaurants where you will have the feeling of really being in Spain. All the international buses stop in Benissa. There is a railway station from where you can go via Benidorm, with its great leisure parks, to Alicante. Also the interior gives great value to a relaxing holiday. Visit the bodegas in the Jalon valley and drive over the mountains to have wonderful views towards the coast. There are various local restaurants in the small villages in the interior.

In Benissa are 4 supermarkets, a Lidl and a general big market on Saturdays. Benissa has a historic town center and has many fiestas. It is very centrally situated along the AP-7 mediterranean highway from where you can go to Valencia or Alicante. From Benissa you have access to various beaches in Moraira, Calpe or Javea. The inland is worth exploring with its beautiful mountains and various land uses with grape vines, orange trees, almond trees (which are beautiful when they are blossoming in Jan-Feb.). The Mistela wine of the Jalón valley is famous and the bodegas worth a visit. In Benidorm, at 30 km, you find various theme parks.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Administration and final cleaning costs will be added to the rental price.
    Bed linen, towels, bath mats, electricity, water and gas are included in the rental price. Beds are made upon arrival. A linen change can be ordered upon arrival at our office. Beds made.
  • On the day of arrival we ask for a € 500 Euros damage deposit which will only be used for large damages and will be returned to you 1 week after the departure date.
    On arrival day the villa will be ready at 16.00 and on departure date the villa needs to be vacated at 10.00
  • The villa is available on a monthly base outside the seasons (September 26 - May 1). Prices on request. Monthly prices are applicable with a minimum stay of 2 month. Also on a weekly base available on low season.
