The beautiful Provencal villa is situated 1 km outside the charming little town of St. Quentin la Poterie, 5 km from Uzès and approx. 1 hour drive from the lovely Mediterranean beaches - Camargue -St. Maries de la Mer etc. The house is on a 2'000 QM fenced-in plot of land with old trees, div. sitting places, very restfully located with marvellous view. Pool, 4 x 9,5 m, with roman stairs, electric cover and solar shower, Pool House. Garage and 2 car parks. Living Space 140 QM, ground floor, with tastefully equipped rooms, electric heating. Living- dining room with fireside 'Insert. SAT - TV - CD - radio stereo system - telephone. The large kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences as fridge, freezer, dishwasher, glass ceramic cooking zone, oven, microwave etc.

Landscape : The charming landscape with its miles of vineyards, gentle hills and forests invites for cycling and hiking. Numerous fishing possibilities in the neighbourhood. Swimming in the river, canoeing (Gardon) bath- and spare time facility. 'La Bouscarass' 8 km, tennis, riding, golf Uzès 8 holes and Nîmes 18 holes. In spite of its central location you can also explore vineyards and fields where wou can wander along the paths, or you can descend into the craggy gorge. There you will find the spring which was the source of water of thirsty Romans. Nîmes, via the famous aqueduct that crosses the spectacular Pont du Gard. Gard, set in a region of verdant valleys. In St. Quentin la Poterie you will find nice restaurants, patisseries, bakeries, coffee shops, small supermarket and every Friday morning a beautiful Provencal market.
