Wonderful Vacation

My wife and I and our two children (7yr old boy, 5yr old girl) had a wonderful, relaxing vacation at this Villa. We stayed in July of 2009 while visiting Disney World. The kids actually chose to not use our last day of Disney tickets so they could spend the whole day at the Villa swimming and playing in the game room.

It’s always the little things that make a big difference. The kids really liked the way the lighted pool changes colors at night every few minutes. They enjoyed watching the lizards that crawled up the outside of the screen from time to time while we were swimming. They loved the family of cute, tiny little frogs that come onto the front porch at night. That probably only happens mid-summer, though. And they LOVED the Disney themed kid’s room. My son spent a lot of time playing the supplied Happy Feet game on the Sony PlayStation. My wife and I enjoyed staying up, eating popcorn and watching movies (DVD library included) on the flat screen TV after the kids were in bed. That’s not possible at the Disney resorts with everyone sleeping in the same room.

The Villa owners were very nice and extremely helpful. When the Sony PlayStation stopped working, they had it replaced immediately. They did everything they could to make sure our vacation was as wonderful as possible.

I highly recommend this Villa to anyone spending time in Orlando. This is especially true for families with young kids who plan to visit Disney World.

This was one of our best vacations.

Family friendly villa, a real home from home.

We had a great time here. Everything you need is there and just a short drive to all the parks and downtown restaurants and bars. Would recommend it without hesitation. I had trouble getting the kids to leave.

Highgrove Heaven

We have just returned from a fortnights stay at this villa. We had a wonderful time and loved the villa and all its features. The pool, jacuzzi and accommodation were all to a very high standard.

We had 2 families (7people) staying in the villa for the duration and with the exception of there only being sun loungers for 2 people, the rest of the facilities were all in surplus e.g. towels both for pool and bathroom use, crockery, linen etc.

We would certainly recommend the villa to anyone as it's perfectly placed for Disney, and Sea World and Universal are a short drive along the 192, then to the I4.

Numreous places for eating... for shopping the Walmart and Publix are nearby for necessities. Restaurants deliver into the Highgrove estate which was ideal for the nights you want to stay in!

The owners of the villa have been excellent in all their communications both prior to booking, throughout the booking and also while we stayed in their property. We have spoken to them on our return and are delighted with the feedback we have given them.

We would certainly recommend the villa for families wanting to do Floirda or for those families who are happy to spend time relaxing by the pool or jacuzzi!
