This luxury family holiday villa in Orlando, Florida is the perfect way to enjoy Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World plus many other attractions, all at a less-than-luxury cost.

This spacious 4 bedroom villa can easily provide accommodation for up to 8 people (ideal for two families), and is surrounded by excellent amenities to keep all ages entertained.

Situated in the Indian Creek community of Kissimmee the estate boasts tennis courts, basketball court, putting green and kids playground. There are also Three Golf Courses nearby.

Just 10 mins from Disney and 2 mins from a large selection of shops and restaurants on the popular 192 highway, so the location for your stay in Orlando couldn't be better.

For bookings 3 weeks or more £50 per week will be deducted from the total price.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (British Pound) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • TO BOOK
    A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week, is payable on booking. The final balance is due eight weeks prior to departure. Payments can be made by personal cheque, on-line banking or Bank transfer. In regards to late bookings, full payment must be made with the reservation.


    TAXES
    All taxes are included in the rental price.
  • CHANGEOVER DAY
    This property is fully prepared and cleaned prior to arrival and on departure.
    The villa is available from 4pm on the day of arrival.
    We ask guests to vacate by 10am on the day of departure so our agents can clean the villa properly for incoming
    guests. However, if there are no guests arriving the same day, we will try to be flexible with these times to fit around your requirements.
  • POOL HEATING
    Although the pool is warm for a good part of the year, it is recommended that you allow for heating between October and April. This costs £100 per week and must be requested at the time of booking.
    The bottom of the pool screen is tinted, to allow privacy whilst in the pool or sunbathing on the decking area


    DAMAGE SECURITY
    A £100 damage security is required. It will be returned to you within 2 weeks after your departure, once the villa has been inspected.
    If the key is not returned on departure, a fee of £25 will be deducted from the security deposit.


    CLEANING
    For bookings less than a week there will be a £100.00 cleaning charge.


    PLEASE NOTE
    This home is non-smoking and sadly we cannot allow pets.

Great Holiday location and Villa

Villa was exactly as described, and matched previous reviews. Place was clean and spacious and well equiped.
Pool was great for lazing of an evening after a 'hard' day in the theme parks.
Was a great location for access to the Disney parks (only 15 minutes away maximum) and just 25 minutes from Universal on a fairly straightfoward drive.
Shops and restaurants very local.
Overall this helped make the holiday excellent for 5 adults - without the feeling of being overcrowded - there was plenty of space in the Villa for everyone and some left over !!
Would reccommend this Villa to families wanting to be close ot parks but have peace and quiet as well.

Fantastic Holiday Home from Home

Patsy & Alastair's villa was the perfect home for us. Their on-line help, information and service was great and as this was our first time visit, absolutely invaluable. The villa is beautiful and was very clean and comfortable. An abundance of towels, games, dvd's and pool table kept the children more than happy, when they were finally dragged out of the pool! The management company in Orlando are also extremely helpful and very easy to get hold of.

All in all, we would highly recommend this villa to anyone hoping for a smooth and hassle free holiday.

We really do hope to return one day.

Exactly what it said on the specification sheet. Nice, clean and as you would want for yourself. Location was easy to get to with detailed instructions supplied. Found to be ideal for access to all areas as well as Disney. Loads of towels including Pool towels supplied. No need to bring your own.
Owners easily contactable and friendly. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Only downside was, in late September, the sun did not cover the pool until late morning. It would be difficult for owners to do anything about that! (Will try a different time of year next visit.)

Excellent Villa for Family Holiday

We found this villa , nicely furnished, spotlessly clean and well maintained, ample supplies of linen and towels. Quiet location , conveniently situated for supermarkets, restaurants and all theme parks. The private pool and spa were a great addition as it was great place to just chill out and relax. Games tables also were a great asset, kept our kids well entertained as well as the pool.
Owners were easily contactable and most helpful.
Maintenance company on hand if necessary.

We had a fantastic holiday and certainly hope to be back .

We would have no problems in recommending this holiday villa.
