So many great things to say!
Right from the get-go, everything exceeded expectations...the prompt emails, so accommodating with the shifting of dates, the greeting when we arrived, the absolutely breathtaking views (remember your camera for that gorgeous sunset over the lake!), immaculately clean, tastefully and creatively decorated while being handily practical, and they even provided doggie dishes and a bed for our dog!
Property is secluded enough that you certainly don't feel crowded by neighbors, offers an astounding view of the lake, yet is located such that finding your way around is simple. Numerous restaurants, bistros, cafes, and pubs nearby (and if not near, easy to get to). Minutes away from several U-Pick cherry orchards and a dog-friendly beach. Located on the other side of town from big stores like Costco and Wal-Mart, but that can hardly be a bad thing plus they're easy to get to.
Amenities include a BBQ, microwave, fridge, and bottled water. No stove but go enjoy the local restaurants instead - why not, you're on vacation aren't you?!
Owners were the epitome of gracious hosts, they made us feel so welcome that we feel like going back just to visit with them! The generous gestures they extended to us spoke volumes of their hospitality! And how can you even think to complain about a place that can have hummingbirds hovering right over your head?!
Would definitely recommend to everyone and anyone! Please be as gracious a guest as they are hosts!
