    £50 Late Check-in fee. This fee is payable if checking -in after 8:00pm or if you arrive at the apartment more than two hours later than the scheduled or agreed time.
    £100 Missed Check-in Penalty fee. If you do not turn up for check-in on the correct day, you will be automatically charged £100.00.

The apartment was very spacious and the landlord had ample bedding. The facilities in the kitchen and laundry were very good. No thing needed to be brought in as there was enough towels, linen and cleaning agents.
The surrounding area was nice and with both parking and the tube station just one bus stop ride away, made London very accessible. The water services also dock at the O2 centre pier, which gives an additional mode of transport.
Very little in terms of negatives. Internet access would be a plus. Cleaning up is the responsibility of the tenants.
Overall: Really nice stay for a week.
