A spacious self-catering town house situated in a local peaceful community with a beautiful clean pool (and a childrens' small pool) and tennis court, ideal for summer holiday rental. 76sq m house with a 40sq m roof terrace with sunshine all day long. The pool is a few short steps away. Sunbathing and BBQ on the roof. Mountain views from the roof terrace. Private ground floor 8 sq m garden terrace, table and 4 chairs. Bedroom balconies 4.7 and 1.6 sq m. 3km from Marbella town centre and the delights of Orange Square and the old town and the gorgeous seaside promenade. Very close to a variety of beaches, golf, horse riding and La Canada shopping centre. Megabowl and cinema available in the local La Canada centre. Karting and mini golf at funny beach, 1km from property. Satellite TV with BBC and ITV. Books in property in case you run out of holiday reading. Games include Jengo and trivial pursuit on DVD. Some DVDs also for your viewing. 2 tennis rackets supplied - bring your own balls!

  • The rental rates quoted are for an occupancy of 4 people. There is a charge of €35 per additional guest per week.

  • A non refundable deposit of €200 per week is payable at the time of booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the start of your rental period. A refundable security deposit of €200 is also payable at this time. This will be refunded after your departure when the house has been checked.

Having stayed at this villa a few times, i can highly recommend it.
Air conditioning, full kitchen facilities, sky tv and plenty of space to lounge around, both inside and out. The roof is an an excellent space, with seating, loungers and a BBQ. The swimming pool is lovely. Clean and not very busy, for either a quick dip or some exercise.
Lots of parking too.
