Terracotta Villa is situated a short distance from the town and beaches of Kranevo, Albena and Golden Sands and has panoramic views of the Black Sea. Access into the villa is by external steps to the first floor balcony leading to the light and spacious open plan lounge, kitchenette and dining area, and double bedroom and bathroom with toilet. An internal spiral staircase provides access between the floors. The ground floor has a seating / sleeping area with a character fireplace, the master bedroom with en suite shower and toilet, the twin bedroom with an en suite shower room with toilet and ground floor external entrance. The pool area includes a sun terrace with wooden furniture, an infinity swimming pool and a changing / shower room with toilet. There is a sanded area to play badminton, volleyball or boules. The villa garden produces an abundance of seasonal fruit. The owner lives opposite and has a yacht at Balchik

The villa is ideally located between the resorts of Golden Sands and Albena, very close to the small town of Kranevo, which has beautiful beaches and safe swimming. The city of Varna is a 25 minute drive from the villa, where there is a variety of tourist and cultural attractions including museums,art galleries, theatre and opera house, cathedral and the city beach, as well as the usual shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. The quaint town of Balchik with its marina and golf courses is approximately half an hours drive away.

There are two sun loungers, two multi position deck chairs and 10 director style chairs. Washing machine and internet /telephone access may be provided from the owners villa opposite. The swimming pool is shared with the owners on occasions.

The owners live opposite and are available if needed to ensure that you make the most of your holiday eg giving advice on places to visit, eat out and to assist with any unforeseen circumstances.

The owner has a yacht moored in Balchik marina which is available to rent for fishing or sailing trips - up to 8 people

There are two golf courses near to Balchik - about a 30 minute drive - An Ian Woosnam designed golf course - the Lighthouse Golf Club & Spa Resort an 18 hole, par 71 golf course and clubhouse, also a Gary Player designed 18 hole golf course at 'BlackSeaRama Golf & Villlas complex' Please note that the owners have not been there since July 2008 when the Gary Player was the only one operational then on 9 holes.

Other Activities: Volleyball, french boules, badminton.

The villa was even better than the pictures show, with beautiful views from every room. You could even eat the fruit growing on the trees in the garden! If you got a bit bored of the volleyball court and the swimming pool in your own back garden, the local town was within walking distance and the Golden Sands resort only a short cab ride away.

We went as a group of students and found that because we went in September it was very quiet in the bars and restaurants at night, so if you are looking for a good nightlife it is advisable to go in the summer months. However this was the only negative and we still enjoyed ourselves! I would definitely recommend it!

Sheer bliss. The villa is perfect - spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished with tons of outdoor space and a pool so delicious that I openly weep at the memory of it. The villa has a lovely sea view and a peaceful location, with the shops and bars at Kranevo an easy walk away. The owners Al and Sue are so helpful, funny and kind, and we were so sad to leave. The best holiday in years - I can't wait to go back.

We had a wonderful time here! Our four children aged between 6 and 13 had a great time in the clear crystal water of the pool. The house is warm, cosy and welcoming and the hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. The view from the dining room is amazing. The villa is an oasis of beauty, peacefulness and good taste, expressed in a refined simplicity of its whole design. We hope to come back as soon as possible.

We had a wonderful time at the villa, which was beautifully furnished and and situated looking over the black sea which was fantastic, we would strongly recommend this villa. The owners were really friendly and very helpful.
