Massive hand-peeled beams shipped from British Columbia create the framework for this beautiful Adirondack Great Camp. Wake up to the peace and quiet of the woods that surround and the sunrises that stream in thru the large expanse of glass. A front deck off the great room and the attached covered porch make for wonderful gathering areas for cookouts, or to sit and watch the beautiful sunsets drop behind the Adirondack Mountains. The main floor is comprised of a custom kitchen with beautiful spruce cabinets and an 18' stone island which makes for an enjoyable meal preparation and gathering area, a dining room and great room with a large wood-burning fireplace under a massive cathedral ceiling and loft area. The main floor also includes one bedroom, the main bath with tub and shower, and a fully-applianced laundry/gear room. The loft area upstairs includes a large master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and bunk room (holding 3 twin beds). The lower level is comprised of two large bedrooms, a game room and large beverage bar. The floors throughout are toasty warm with radiant heat. The cabin is situated on 80 wooded acres with two ponds for fishing, wildlife galore and miles of trails for hiking, birdwatching, 4-wheeling and snowmobiling. The trails lead north to Canada and south to Lake George. Located just 10 miles north of Lake George Village, 18 miles to the slopes of Gore and boating, fishing, kayaking or canoeing just a few miles in any direction, this delightful Adirondack cabin will provide privacy, seclusion and quiet times and yet all the outdoor activity anyone could hope for.

About Amy

Our family grew up here in the beautiful Adirondack Mts. My husband children and I built the cabin .Ten years from start to completion. My husband passed before we were able to finish it together. My children and family members helped finish the cabin and readied it for vacation rental. We love sharing the cabin, its building stories and all it has to offer.

Amy purchased this cabin in 2001
Why Amy chose Warrensburg

We love the beauty, peace and quiet. Yet Lake George, Saratoga and North Creek for all they have to offer are about a 30 minute drive or less.

What makes this cabin unique

We love to head out into the woods to look for wildlife, watch the beautiful birds, hunt for salamanders (and frogs!), watch the beavers build their homes or just pick berries for a pie for dinner. We love to explore on our four-wheelers in the summer or on our snowmobiles, snowshoes and x country skis in the winter. All the trails run behind the cabin on 80 acres.

More than perfect!

My girlfriend and I rented the cabin for a little 3-night/4-day vacation. The cabin was absolutely perfect for what we wanted to do, and that was relax. Amy was great to work with and had the cabin perfectly set-up for our use. She even had a nice gift basket on the counter and a cold 6-pick of local brew for me in the fridge. Since there was much more snow than anticipated in late March, the heated floors came in very handy. The cabin was much bigger than we needed/expected, but we made sure to take advantage of the large property and the game room downstairs. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations and we will definitely return to stay here again!

Thank you to Amy for being a hands-on, very available host to us on our recent stay. The pictures on the site accurately represent the property and the walking trails are well-maintained and beautiful. The heated floors were a welcome amenity on the winter weekend we stayed and it was nice to kick back and have a relaxing 3 nights away from our normal hustle and bustle.

So nice to meet you Amy, hopefully our paths will cross again when we need another Adirondack getaway!

Great Winter Getaway

We absolutely loved this cabin for a perfect winter weekend getaway. We arrived to a fully lit and heated home which was so very welcoming. The homes traditional log cabin construction and decor says "ny adirondack's" from the moment you walk through the door. The manicured snow trails made it so easy to explore and enjoy the outdoors even in the dead of winter. Amy, the owner, was a great hostess and was always available to quickly respond to any of our inquiries. We look forward to our next visit!

50th Birthday Celebration

This has to be one of the most beautiful cabins I have ever seen. If you think the pictures are nice just wait till you see it in person, it is nothing short of amazing!!! My family went here to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday, it was a surprise for him. Everything about this place just blew us away. From its beauty on the inside to the beautiful property that surrounds it. Also it was spotless everywhere. We made some wonderful memories during our three day stay. Amy the owner is very accommodating to whatever your needs might be. She was very helpful in helping us pull off the surprise. We have already recommended this to many friends and family. I cannot wait to plan a return trip to this to gorgeous property.

I rented the house for a extended weekend and was more than satisfied with this amazing getaway.

The house itself was better than I could have imagined based on the pictures that I saw. Its really a magical place with a lot of stories and tlc. It really feels like a retreat. We warmed up to the place immediately thanks to a very welcoming owner.

The property is great as well. We were able to walk and explore for hours and never get bored. Tons of wildlife and fun.
