Boasting sea views and with easy access to amenities and blue flag sandy beaches, this villa has everything to offer for families of friends holidaying together. With its own private pool and terraces to both the front and back of the villa you can choose a relaxing escape and unwind in the sun having lazy days or alternatively have your friends and family around you, swimming, playing pool, barbecuing or dining al-fresco by the pool which lights up at night.This is the ideal summer holiday rental spot, romantic or fun!. On approaching the villa the long sweeping drive takes you to the rear of the villa where there is luxury outdoor furniture to sit and relax and a pool table. Master bed -ensuite, Double bedroom, bunk bedroom separate bathroom. Two separate apartments one is a family room with ensuite and one double bedroom. Lounge dining area, fully equipped kitchen.

Villa Casa Del Sol is located just off the Calpe to Moraira Calpe road. Nearby is a small sandy beach, with beach bar, there is also a steak house restaurant, fish restaurant, supermarket, Chinese restaurant and open bar all within walking distance. There is also a supermarket within a ten minute walk. Within a five minute drive you will find the blue flag sandy beaches of Calpe, with an array of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife and for the more livelier then Benidorm can be found twenty minutes away where you can dance the night away. For the more energetic there is many golf courses nearby, a sailing club where you can take part in watersports. If you prefer to explore the local countryside then why not take a ride into the Jalon Valley where you will find traditional Spanish shops, markets and quaint old worldly streets and restaurants. Try out the local wines at the local winerys!

Additional information about rental rates

  • Welcome packs can be ordered at time of booking, we have a variety of welcome packs to choose from ranging from £20 to £50 , please enquire when booking. Cots and highchairs can also be hired but renters must take their own linen. A 25% is needed to secure a booking and a refundable £200 security deposit is require two weeks prior to departure. The balance of the holiday is payable eight weeks prior to departure. A cleaning charge of £100 will be added to your holiday in respect of the final clean upon your departure.

Notes: This villa has an immensely huge outdoor area with ample parking. There are terraces both to the back and front of the property with a fantastic Roman outdoor pool. Outside on the terrace is modern sunbeds and furniture to sit and laze around the pool and take-in the breathtaking views. There is an outdoor shower area and the master en-suite and the kitchen have patio doors leading out onto the terrace area.
