This Four bedroom villa is ideal for a family vacation in St.Lucia. The villa comes equipped with all modern facilities, full kitchen area, internet use. Its oversized bedrooms each come with its own patio area for that added privacy. The St.Lucian villa comfortably sleeps 6 but can accommodate 8 persons with use of the added outside bedroom area. On a clear day this villa in Cap Estate boasts views of the neighbouring island, Martinique which can be enjoyed from its large patio area with infinity pool. This ocean view villa praises itself for a perfect view of the horizon line. Viewtique St.lucia is 10 minutes drive to the nearest beach, Pigeon Island and 15 minutes drive to Rodney Bay's shops, malls, nightlife, restaurants and other beaches. Housekeeping service is included and is three days a week. A chef can be requested. The villa comes with small child beds and is an additional $10 per day.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We must receive a deposit of 20% to secure your dates and unit. 40% deposit 6 weeks before arrival, and the balance 40% is due upon arrival. We accept (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). Once your reservation is made via our secure reservations page or by telephone or fax, you will receive a receipt in 24 hours. You can also pay with cash upon arrival. Please ask about our wire transfer details to save on credit card charges.

    2) The cancellation fee charged is 25% of payment once made before arrival. Cancellations/early departures done while here are non-refundable.

    3) Bookings made for less than 7 days, will require the full payment. Bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival will require a 60% deposit and balance due upon arrival.

    4) Please remember to bring your drivers license if you are hiring a vehicle. There is a fee of $20 U.S for a temporary local license.
