Quaint and beautiful property in Southhampton.

I was at the property in October 2012. It is just as lovely and well preserved as it looks in the picture shown on this website. The owners are very pleasant, agreeable, welcoming and hands-on when it comes to maintaining the property which is in mint condition. The street on which it is located is also beautiful and quiet. I highly recommend a stay on this propety and in this neighborhood.

Excellent All Around Place to Stay!!!

This property is in an excellent location in the town of Southampton with well maintained and perfectly manicured landscaped grounds - apartments are so well decorated with detailed elements that it is really one of my favorite homes away from home choices in all of the Hamptons - Its overall atmosphere is one of "Old World Charm"!!!


Take a walk to the best beach in all of the world and later stroll the town's main street to view the shops - dine out in the most elegant of restaurants all just steps from your home. take a trip to any one of the other towns in the Hamptons - or explore the rest of the tip of Long Island with this wonderful home to come back to.

The owners of this lovely property were kind and most attentive to our needs and always saw to it that our time in their home was most enjoyable.

After a day at the beach be sure to treat yourself to the delights of the outdoor shower - an extremely refreshing touch to a perfect day!!!!

We have stayed here several time over many years and have never been disappointed.

We highly recommend that you not miss this opportunity!

My Stay in the Hamptons

I have been many times to this beaiutiful Victorian home in the Hamptons and loved the graciousness and hospitality of the two owners, 2 lovely women. They were personable and warm and I felt at home and yet on vacation all at the same time. They as well as their home are welcoming and warm, not something you see much of in our society today... It is a wonderful family place for a vacation and .there is ample private property to run and play for kids I had an experience this last visit with a tenant who had her kids running around inside all day and I was surprised they were not being considerate to the rest of us tenants or their children either for that matter but other than that it was pure heaven to be there!!

Yes the location is good, but also next to school and major road with a lot of traffice, NOISE!

The appartments are old and not well maintained with no sufficient AC, not working sink and bathtubs in the bathroom. The furnishing was nice but all out of date. But the worst is that the landlady and her daughter live right on top of the flats for rent and seem to be disturbed by their on tenants! Whenever our child was running in the house the daughter came down and started to bang on the door, not a very nice way to spent a vacation! Also I can only recommend to not pay a deposit or to insure it highly since we are still waiting for ours! The owner came up with some mysterious charges which are not in the rental contract and subtracts randomly! SO BE CAUTIOUS!
but other than that we had a wonderful time in the Hamptons just not in the property!
