Constructed in 2007 using local stone, the open plan first floor living area with its exposed beams& covered terrace provides panoramic views and tree-top living. The house is built around a mediterranean style courtyard planted with olive trees,rosemary and lavender. A sun terrace beyond leads to a free- form tiled swimming pool for your exclusive use. Shaded woodland terraces lead to a gate from where footpaths and bridleways access the adjoining national forest. This is a special environment for lovers of wild flowers, animals and bird life, and yet within easy access of the Mediterranean sea and many exciting towns and historic villages of the S of France. The A75 is only a 10 min. drive (and yet a world away)

This is a very well appointed property with a very warm welcome from the owners. We had a very enjoyable holiday relaxing by the pool and eating on the wonderful balcony amid the trees. The property is very isolated and we liked watching the bats in the evening and listening to the owls in the distance. There are plenty of interesting places to visit nearby and some wonderful countryside and gorges to drive through.
