Villa Information:
The swimming pool is 4,00X12,50m (max depth 2,60m) and there is a pool-side shower. By the gardens you can either sunbath or relax. Villa ''Anna'' has a fully equipped BBQ and a breathtaking view BAR by the swimming pool. There is a gardener, who also tends the swimming pool. The villa is cleaned twice a week. All linen and towels are included and are changed twice a week.
Beach and Coast:
There is a selection of beaches (sandy, white sand and pebble) around the area. Nearest beach is 500m. The Airport to Porto Heli is about 3hrs drive. Piraeus port to Porto Heli is 2.5hrs away (by Hydrofoil). Porto Heli center is just 8km from the villas, or a 10 min drive. Costa's small harbour is nearby and just 5 mins by water taxi from the island of Spetses. Kranidi is 10kms away. Nearby fishing villages of Kilada (13kms) and Ermioni (17kms, market on Thursday) are well worth visiting. They have a number of seafront tavernas, many specialising in local seafood. The ancient theatre of Epidavros (50km) performances are still held in the summer months. Nafplion, the first capital of Greece is 85kms away, with wonderful venetian and Turkish architecture and has a number of interesting cafes and shops to explore. Mycenae (70km), Agamemnon's palace. The coastline in the area is perfect for snorkeling and scuba diving with numerous bays and private beaches to be found.
Place to visit:
Each area around Porto Heli has its own special character and most people like to do some exploring when on holiday.Water-skiing,water sports, are available at coastal resorts. If you want to stay close to the sea, there is an abundance of islands to visit. You can start with the popular whitewashed island of Spetses, 10 minutes by small boat or water taxi from the Costa. Followed by a visit to Hydra, an artist’s traffic free paradise, or drive up the coast through the lemon groves to Poros. The intriguing walled city of Monemvassia, though not strictly an island, is well worth a visit. It is reached after a peaceful 3 hour journey by excursion boat along the Peloponnese coast. It is essential to visit inland Peloponnese. It has a mystical beauty emphasized by the constantly changing light and colours in the mountains and around the ancient sites. The area is easily reached by road or sea from Athens and there is a wide choice of daily flights both schedule and charter into Athens.
