This Condo Exceeded our Expectations!!

While planning my daugher's beach destination wedding, we needed a place other than the Wyndham Hotel to be our base camp for family and friends to stop by, visit together and share some meals together. It was only a block from the Wydham on Deerfield Beach which happens to be an amazing, beautiful, family oriented beach. From the moment we walked in the front door, this place exceeded our expectations. The wall of windows that face the ocean view is stunning. The furnishings are high end, the cabinetry is lovely, and the traverine is perfection. The wrap around deck was so nice ...private tanning, hot tub, outdoor shower, and a private place to enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. Jean, the properties hospitality agent, was very helpful and met us when we first arrived. So unlike other condo's we have rented in the past where you are given a key and hopefully you don't need anything. She served as your contact incase anything went wrong. The elevator is very handy to get to the 4th floor, especially with baggage and groceries. The condo's even furnish 2 shopping carts and a luggage cart to help unload and cut down on the number of trips back and forth to your car. The front door has a key code - no keys to keep track of, which is especially helpful when you have lots of people coming and going. Now the down side. This place only sleeps 6. Twin beds are in 2 bedrooms that can not be put together for couples, but the one twin bedroom downstairs could serve as another Master Bedroom because it is very separated from the rest of the condo, has it's own balcony, huge closet and amazing bath,and awesome TV. The couches do not make into beds and are not very long, nor do the cushions come off...tall people would not be comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful with high end appliances, but not really a great cooks kitchen...no ovenware to bake brownies, no mixing bowls...a bachelor's kitchen. If someone has a hard time with stairs, the condo's floor plan is 2 stories with about 12 stairs that are tiled in black and coming down them could be challenging if you have someone elderly, the main living space is on top floor, so the steps can't be avoided. Bottom line....THIS CONDO IS AMAZING!!! It's better than the pictures. Location is perfect.

Owner's Response: This is a pretty accurate review. I can add the following information: the ceilings on the main level are very high, and the room is sided with glass sliders on 3 sides so the view of the ocean is spectacular. The unit is about 2600 sq ft and the deck is another 1000. There are 2 mirrors that turn into tvs, and a very state of the art sound and audio system (crestron) that allows you to play music in every room and outside, or different music in each room. There are 3 ipod docks as well, and excellent wi-fi. There is a printer you can use, and ADT security. The entire unit was designed by Finnish architects and there is extensive use of rare woods throughout. Every piece of furniture and cabinetry was custom made.
One can also avail themselves of use of the nearby Boca Resort and Club, which has 3 golf courses, 18 tennis courts, a fantastic new beach club, and extensive spa and restaurant options. It is a very high end, historic, resort, which contrasts nicely with the more laid back atmosphere of Deerfield beach. (Guest passes need to be arranged through the owner, at some additional cost.)
