Quiet neighborhood home rental with plenty of off street parking. This house will give you a comfortable place to relax after a busy day on the lake or seeing the sights. It has 3 bedrooms: King bed in the master, Queen bed in the 1st bedroom and Bunk beds and a Queen futon in the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen is large and fully supplied. The dining room and living room offer plenty of space to 'hang out' with a flatscreen TV with cable and DVD's for any age. Right off the dining room is a shaded deck that looks out over a green and shady back yard. The house has been recently redecorated for your visit and it has a newly installed heat pump so the air conditioning works great. Please read the reviews to see first hand that renters find my home comfortable and equipped to meet vacation needs.

You can tell from the picture.... I LOVE TO HIKE and enjoy the places that my legs will talke me. (Picture is near Havasupi, AZ). My family and I have lived in Page for 14 years and my big house full of kids is now empty. So, I have decided to share my house and beautiful area with visitors to Page. I have taught high school math for many years but recently retired. Retirment brings changes and opening my home is one of them. I am excited to meet you when you visit Page.

What makes this house unique

My house is located in a quiet neighborhood on the north edge of Page. It is within walking distance of both downtown Page and a 'rim trail' that circles Page. Glenn Canyon Dam is visible a few houses down at the end of my street. And, awsome views of Lake Powell are less than a mile walk away from the house.

Additional information about rental rates

To RESERVE THE DATES of your stay, you have two options:
1) pay a deposit (1nights stay + tax and damage deposit) to hold your dates with the balance due before your stay OR
2) pay the entire amount of your stay.
If you decide to stay, I will send you an invoice via PayPal.
Fees And Taxes A $300 refundable damage/cleaning deposit and 15% tax on the nightly rate will be added to the rental cost. (The $300 is totally refundable if the house is left in excellent condition. It is refunded via PayPal within 48 hrs of your stay).
CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund (minus owners PayPal fees of 3%) will be given if the reservation is cancelled within 2 weeks of the 1st reservation day. A fee of one night's stay ($275) will
be charged for any cancellation later than 2 weeks prior to the reservation date.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Everything was as described. The house was very clean, which is most important to us. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were home. It was nice to have such a cute place to retreat to and we had a wonderful time. It was a decent location, pretty close to the grocery stores, restaurants and yet not too far from the highway. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. We had 3 toddlers and the kids had a great time sleeping on the bunk bed, playing in the backyard. There was plenty of room and we could have stayed longer! We would absolutely stay here again.

This was a great home for two couples and a child. The owner is incredibly helpful and gives great advice for local adventures. The shady back porch with swing and grassy yard were relaxing for us and a great outlet for him. The street is quiet enough for little kid bike riding and there's a sweet playground with views of the lake 2 blocks away. Those features coupled with the high chair, portable crib, Legos, and kids books made it one of the easiest vacation rentals I have been to with a child. It was immaculately clean and the other notable feature is how well stocked the kitchen in. Not the usual one cabinet with salt and 3 bags of black tea. There is a full spice collection, coffee, cocoa, oils, and many condiments, which just makes eating in so much more enjoyable. It's really a great house with a great owner.

Excellent house.

We, a group of six people, spent 3 nights in this excellent house and had a wonderful experience. The house was very clean, quiet, well supplied, and very comfortable. The back deck was lovely too. The location is perfect for sightseeing in Page. We enjoyed antelope canyon tour, horseshoe bend, and glen canyon dam. All are in just few minutes’ driving from this house. We are very happy to choose staying in this beautiful house rather than in a hotel, and we hope to stay here again. The owner was also very nice and helpful. Thank you!

My wife and I (mid sixties, world traveled) recently stayed at this lovely home in Page. The home is large, warm and comfortable, well appointed with everything necessary for a worry free vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped and suplemented as well by a gas bbq under a covered rear deck. The home is in a very nice, especially quiet neighborhood conveniently located to the downtown. It is central also to activities in the Vermillion Cliffs, Lake Powell, and Paria River areas. Our hostess, a long time resident, was most helpful in seeing that we had a great stay there and we are grateful.
