Our spacious luxury four bed villa is ideally situated for Parks, shops and restaurants, set in peaceful lake side surroundings of Hampton Lakes enabling you to unwind at the end of a busy day. The large pool deck area and covered Lania makes this is an ideal all year round holiday location in the sunshine state of Orlando. Fully air-conditioned four bed 2 bath villa, benefiting from Queen master bed with en-suite, second double bed and 2 further twin rooms. Recently refurbished with many new fittings. Large family Room,complete with Large screen LCD TV DVD player Hi-fi . All bedrooms with Cable TV, TV game in one Twin room, and Playstation 2. Dining room, telephone with free local/National calls,Free Internet access. Great family games room with Pool table, foozball table, airhockey, basket ball game, child safe darts, cable colour TV and sofa to relax and have fun. We personally consider the Villa to be 'Our home from home' and invite you to share in this and make it yours also

Excellent villa in a great location

I stayed in this villa with my family during June 2009. We've been to Florida many times before and this is the best villa we've stayed in. It's clean and well decorated, spacious and well equipped; in fact it has everything you could ask for, and more.

I live in the UK and wanted a holiday villa in the Kissimmee area that was handy for the theme parks, but would entertain my family (including teenage kids) as well. This villa was great; we really enjoyed swimming in the pool and playing in the games room (set up in the house garage). It did get a little warm in the garage (it was scorchingly hot when we were there) but there's a handy fan, and we spent many pleasant evenings playing pool and air hockey, etc.

The owners are lovely, genuine people, who really made us feel welcome. The little extras really help (such as the handy walkie talkies) and the villa has all the modern equipment and appliances you'd expect. It's a real 'home-from-home'.

The location is great; it is just south of US192, which has all the restaurants and shops you'll ever need. It's handily placed for numerous supermarkets, and of course the Disney theme parks.

We'd defintiley recommend it to our friends (in fact we already have) and are planning to go back and stay there again as soon as we can.

We had a family (5) holiday in Florida and the last stop was Ken's and Carol's villa. Just loved it, like home to home, very clean and tidy and new and everything worked perfectly, well equipped. Not far away from Disney and other parks. We all loved the game room and the pool of course - basically the whole house. The owners really looked after us and made sure we had all information available. This is a place and owner you can trust 100% - not unpleasant surprices, only nice ones.
