This unique beach house, which sleeps up to 8 people, is situated at the beginning of a 16 kilometer white sand beach ending at Watamu. The three-floored beach house is located on a private ten-acre walled estate which fronts this isolated white sand beach and beautiful turquoise blue lagoon, which is protected by a reef from the Indian Ocean. The house has every modern amenity including wireless internet, direct dial telephones, large plasma screens, DSTV satellite service with a full package of foreign language stations, sports and movie channels, DVD, plus ipod music systems and internal phones throughout the house.

Malindi and Watamu are world famous for their deep-sea fishing and scuba diving. The Beach House is situated in the middle of the national marine park, which includes the locally famous “Sardinia Due” sandbanks where a boat picnic is a good way to spend part of the day. Swimming with dolphins is a short boat ride away. In addition to this you are two hours from Tsavo East, a national game reserve, or just twenty minutes from the local bird and butterfly sanctuary, or from the Gede Ruins and Mida Creek. There are day trips available to Che Shale, Sabaki River, Robinson and Wasini Islands is just twenty minutes by schedule airline from Malindi Airport.

Notes: Top Floor The top floor of 1250 square feet is essentially open plan, and is divided in to two large reception areas, one of which is formal and the other informal, as well as a separate inside/outside chill out area. In addition, there is fully equipped family kitchen and breakfast bar. French windows surround the entire floor with stunning views of the beach, coastline and Indian Ocean. A set of stairs also leads to the turret, which doubles as a study/library with 300-degree panoramic views, which have to be seen to be believed. This area is fully equipped with a wireless computer, fax, scanner and copier, for those who have to keep in touch. Ground Floor The large open plan ground floor terrace is a great place to spend a relaxing day. Sun worship, or hangout in the shaded area on two enormous Swahili sofas, have ice cold drinks served from the bar, whilst having a sumptuous lunch prepared by an experienced chef in the fully equipped Bar-B-Q kitchen. House Staff: The Beach House comes with an excellent houseboy,house girl, and gardener who will look after all your day-to-day requirements, including food shopping, cleaning, laundry and general service. The property comes with it’s own security staff, plus and emergency alarm system connected to the local security company. Additional staff such as a cook, waiters, or drivers, can all be provide on request. The Beach House is on mains electric, but with it’s own standby electrical generator, plus laundry room and servants quarters

Car hire: The property has a seven seater Land Rover, which is available to rent with a driver for an additional 60 euros per day ,including a driver, plus fuel. Alternativly, self drive cars and 4x4's are available for hire in Malindi Town. There is a 9 hole Golf Course in Malindi, approx 15 kms from the Beach House.
