Come to Seabrook Island at Bohicket Marina to relax and unwind! Our luxurious ground floor one bedroom villa is sunny, warm and inviting and offers guests the best waterfront sunsets around. This is the perfect vacation home for guests who love relaxing by the water with a drink in hand and watching the wildlife and boats go by. Many a dolphin has been spotted from our back patio! Our villa is also perfect for guests who appreciate the convenience of strolling down the boardwalk to easily access restaurants, bars, shops, fishing, kayaking, pool, boat rentals, dinner cruises, beauty salon/spa, ice cream, etc. Bring your boat and rent a slip in the marina, or bring your Kayaks and start exploring the amazing marshes. Our villa is a few short steps from the complex pool and guests can also access the pool at the Seabrook Island Lake House.

Our beautiful villa offers sleeping accommodations for up to 4 adults and a small infant with two full bathrooms. The bedroom has a king size bed and there is a day bed in the living area that offers two twin size beds. Furthermore, there is a pack and play for families with small children. Our villa also comes with two/three beach cruisers and a bike trailer that will accommodate 2 children up to 100 lbs total. You can bike to the beach or over to Freshfields Village where additional restaurants, bars and shopping is available and also a book store and full service grocery.

We picked this location for our vacation home because it really offers the best of this area has to offer. Bohicket Marina is situated a short scenic drive from historic downtown Charleston and right in the middle of upscale and opulent Kiawah and Seabrook Islands. Bohicket Marina is also easily accessible by boat from both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Way.

About Jessica Martin

As a couple we have traveled extensively and always enjoy our adventures. There is just something about Bohicket/Seabrook that has touched our souls and keeps bringing us back to this amazing place. So we decided to buy a little piece of heaven to call our own. We really hope you all love this place as much as our family does.

Why Jessica Martin chose Seabrook Island

My family vacationed on Kiawah and Seabrook Islands for years when I was growing up. As newlyweds, we picked this location for our family vacation home too because it really offers the best of this area has to offer. We never run out of things to do here and really love the fact that we don't have to get in the car to enjoy any of them unless we decide to venture into Charleston. Furthermore, my husband is an avid boater, so Bohicket Marina was the perfect location for us. We can park our boat at the Marina and walk right out our back door to get on it! We love sitting on the patio in the morning with our coffee and watching the boats and wildlife. In the evenings, nothing says happy hour more than sitting on the patio with a drink and watching the spectacular sunset.

We had a very relaxing vacation at Jessica and Alan's condo. It was beautiful! The dolphin viewing from the beach and marina was spectacular and a highlight of our trip. Hopefully we can come back sometime!

The Perfect Location!

I rented this villa for my father to escape the cold winter during January 2013. He loved it. The weather was nice and mild with temps in the 70's and sunny blue skies. He usually stays closer to the beach, but he found this location perfect. He enjoyed being so close to restaurants, shops and the marina. The sunsets are amazing. Jessica and Alan were great to work with. They were very helpful in providing him with a couple of extra items to make his stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The villa is very well maintained and well equipped. He looks forward to visiting again. Thank you! -- Polly

The villa was great! Very comfortable. Beautiful views. Restaurants nearby. We enjoyed use of the bikes to visit the beach and ride the loop around Seabrook Island. I would definitely recommend this place.
