It is a pleasure to prepare meals in this beautiful kitchen while looking onto the sea and the pool or visiting with guests in the living room/ dining room area. It features Viking Professional appliances (dishwasher, 6 burner range and fridge)and wine fridge. There are 2 stainless steel Dacor BBQs accessible from the kitchen one on the patio by the pool or one off the dining room in yet another more private outdoor eating area. There are 4 large bedrooms. The magnificent master suite on the main floor has a king sized bed. This bedroom has double doors facing the beach and an outdoor sitting area facing the hot tub and pool. It also has a large sitting area inside the room.
The second bedroom on the main level has a single bunk bed and a queen sized bed. It features air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a 42 inch flat screen with sattelite tv, Sony ipod/iphone stereo and windows that open onto the outdoor living space. The ensuite is large with double sinks, a shower and a oversized tub.
The main level has as much outdoor living space at the back of the villa as it does out front by the beach. This more sheltered outdoor space at the back has places to sit and relax by the raised outdoor fire pit.
The second level has magnificent views of the sea and has two patios. One which would be great for party guests is 22 x 26 feet and the other a 21 x 30 ft patio with an outdoor sectional along with 2 chaise loungers. The second master bedroom is on this level with breathtaking views of the long beach and large windows that open to let in the sea air. It features a king bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, indoor sitting area, 40 inch flat screen sattelite tv and Sony ipod/iphone stereo. The ensuite has double sinks, a very large shower and large oversized tub.
The fourth bedroom is also on this level and faces the sea. It has its own private 16 x 20 ft patio with outdoor couch facing the sea and overlooking the pool area. It features a king bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a 40 inch flat screen sattelite tv. The ensuite has a single sink and a shower.
There is a third level to this villa. It has a 16 x 20 ft patio with unbelievable 360 degree view of the sea, islands, beach, pool, mountains, golf course and all of Loreto Bay. At night it is spectacular because of the lack of vehicles and absence of street lights only a million stars and a moon light up the night.
The villa is family friendly and has security 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Loreto Bay boasts warm weather and endless summer days- 300 a year- rain is very rare. Loreto Bay National Marine Park is a protected area that stretches from Coronado Island in the north to Santa Catalina Island in the south. Small flat bottom boats take visitors on snorkel trips and sightseeing excursions, where views can include sea lions, bottle nose dolphins, a variety of colourful fish and, during winter and spring many species of whales.
The Loreto Airport is only 5 miles away. Three miles further is the town of Loreto with many places to eat and see. There is a free taxi service to Loreto and back on Friday and Saturday nights if you go to a restaurant that is a member of the restaurant association.
There is a 18 hole 'David Duval signature golf course' in Loreto Bay only 40 steps out this villas entrance. The golf is $70 per round plus $30 for a power cart. The course also offers unlimited golfing for 30 days for $240.00. So, if you love to golf this is the place to be- you can golf 3 times a day if you want!
