Welcome to the heart of Orange County and this “luxury penthouse” feeling Tustin Fields townhome.
Conveniently located in the Tustin / Irvine area of Orange County this nearly 1600 SF newer luxury home awaits your arrival. The home hosts over 20 windows providing a nice open feeling with exposure to a beautiful community of both luxury townhomes and individual single family residences, all newer and all appointed, landscaped and color coordinated to perfection.
There are extensive greenbelt areas and an abundance of flowers and trees that are all meticulously maintained by the HOA. The three stories provide an elevated “master of all your survey” view of all of this plus extended views from some windows that include the world famous “Tustin Hangars”.
From the third floor you look out over the neighboring rooftops to a view to the distant skyline of some of the taller buildings in the Irvine and Newport Beach business districts. You are centrally located to most everything; Newport Laguna and Huntington Beaches are 15 to 30 minutes away. Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm and other theme attractions are just 10 minutes north on the “5” Freeway.
Major shopping along with a multitude of brand and non-brand unique restaurants are within walking or biking distance. Churches and other Houses of Worship for most all denominations are abundant in the area.
You are less than 5 minutes to all major freeways for access to all of Southern California: The 5 Freeway extends from San Diego to the south all the way thru Anaheim, Los Angeles and Hollywood going north. The “55” is your route of travel to the blue water beaches of Laguna, Newport and Huntington Beach (Surf City) west, then east to the Inland Empire.
The 261 Toll Road connects you through south Orange County to the “5” and “405” then to the “91” for a quick way to get to the Inland Empire. The Tustin Fields community includes a huge clubhouse area where you can hold a conference, retreat, party or other gathering on about three days’ notice on availability. A $65. cleaning fee is assessed by HOA for your private event.
Adjacent to that is the pool, spa & shower areas. Extensive barbecues are provided for outdoor cooking with more than ample seating, lounging and tables.
You can enter our townhome through the attached two car garage with provided remotes or through the main entry that fronts to Liberty Street. The bottom level includes the garage, the welcoming entry area and large street level room that can be used as either comfortable sleeping for three or can be converted to a home office if you wish to use our home as a longer term corporate or executive rental, where less sleeping but additional business accommodations are your option.
You ascend to the main level of the home, where you immediately notice the elevated (penthouse) feeling of being able to overlook the community. Most guests remark at the extensive level of windows in the home and the beautifully appointed travertine guest bathroom located on the main level. The huge kitchen and dining areas are also on this level along with the elevated balcony.
The kitchen is elegantly appointed with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops along full granite backsplashes. Everything you’ll need for a relaxed and enjoyable stay where you can still remain attentive to your diet or any special dietary needs you may have is included.
Dishes, pots and pans, flatware, and dishware are provided to accommodate a dozen guests. (We know because of the size of our family and extended family that have enjoyed many memorable stays). If there is anything special that you need, just let us know – we’ll do everything possible to accommodate that.
From the main level you ascend to the upper rooms. At mid-level however is the provided business center with a state of the art computer with ultra-fast internet access. The printer is a combination FAX, printer and scanner device. Dual monitors are provided for those of us used to “multi-tasking” needing twin monitors.
The area doubles as a cozy gathering loft where a couple of friends or family members can gather to all get on the internet and “Google” your plans for the ideal Orange County day!
A few steps from there are the bedrooms , each with their own full bathroom. The master bedroom is elegantly but simply furnished with a California King sized bed with a very comfortable pillow top mattress and flat screen HD television and Blue Ray (High Definition DVD) player. The master bathroom includes an oversized comfortable soaking tub with shower and private toilet area.
The upper kids bedroom includes a “built for fun” bunk bed system. You can sleep 4 people in this room to include one on the top bunk, two on the middle and one on the pull out trundle bed. This room also includes a full bath with bathtub and shower along with Flat Screen HD TV and HD DVD player.

We were originally planning to stay for 3 months, during a re-model to our home we were buying in Orange County. Unfortunately the home we were buying fell out of escrow, so we did not need to use Stan's home in Tustin.
The owners (Stan and his wife) were more than gracious in all of this and in our hour of frustration with respect to the home we were buying, they really rallied to our needs by being as supportive as possible through the whole stressful ordeal.
Everything up until that point was great, I only wish it would have all worked out - we're back to the drawing board on finding a new home and would hope the Tustin Townhome is available if we need temporary housing. I would highly recommend these owners and their lovely home.
Thank you for visiting our vacation rental home. My wife Alexis and myself lived in this home with our two daughters for four years prior to moving to Las Vegas as part of a career transfer. We loved this home so much we didn't want to sell it as you hear of so many people who sell homes in nice areas such as Orange County then are sad that they can't return at some point in their lives.

Alexis and I love to juice and eat raw. Hotels don't provide that. On vacation we always have unexpected friends and family show up. VRBO is the perfect answer to that.

Will you get rich in this? The short answer is 'no'. But it is a very rewarding way to accumulate property, always have the ability to use them yourself, have some tax advantages and enjoy some appreciation in real estate once the market begins to return (I'm the eternal optimist in that regard - only time will tell LOL). This was our own personal residence in Orange County prior to moving to Las Vegas. It was never intended as a vacation rental but has worked out perfectly for that purpose. It is a very unique home. The one thing that everyone remarks upon is the number of windows the house has and the neighbor hood views from most every room. You really have the feeling of a penthouse because the main floors are elevated providing that 'master of all you survey' feeling. Since deciding to make our home a vacation rental we have spared no expense in some really nice upgrades. All of the rooms are very nicely appointed but not overdone. Nearly $4000.00 was spent on the guest bathroom to provide elegant travertine tile throughout. I'm a tech geek so I've made sure that the business center is complete with most everything a guest could want. I want to do everything possible to insure each guest a memorable experience with us. We are available to insure that.
Orange County California is like nowhere else in the world. It has virtually everything. Starting with Walt Disney's vision for Disneyland just 10 minutes north from our home, Orange County has transformed itself from a farming area rich in citrus crops to a thriving community.
Unlike Los Angeles and other major metropolitan areas the area has maintained its roots and very friendly atmosphere. It is the best of both words, a bedroom community to L.A. but completely self contained in everything one could want.
The biggest attributes are its theme parks, beaches, restaurants, shopping and business centers. The community along with our home is freeway close to most all of Southern California. You will love being a part of the Orange County experience.
Centrally located to most everything imaginable including Disneyland, The California Adventure, Knotts Berry Farm, Beaches, Boating, Fishing, the Mountain Resorts and much much more. San Diego county and all parts of Los Angeles and Hollywood are about an hour away. Great restaurants and preferred and discount shopping abound.
Spend a day at the beach, rent a boat and cruise or sail the harbor and just totally refresh and relax. Are you a pilot? Several aircraft rental FBOs at John Wayne airport - 15 minutes away, or take a scenic flight with one of their pilots.
